All our guests say it, this duplex generate a warm feeling. The ancient stone wall and the large square stone tiles are typical of French habitat. It is large for 2 persons and suitable for 4.
The upper floor, is a large open space with windows on both sides :
- on one side, a comfortable living rooms equipped with a convertible sofa and a sophisticated electronics TV and stereo system (66 inches).
- on the other side, the kitchen opens on a dining place. The table sits 6.
- a nice piano is located against the wall on the side of the stairs.
The bedroom, bathroom, and toilets, are located on the lower floor.
Bedroom is very quite. It offers a queen size bed equipped with very comfortable top quality mattress. The bathroom has been nicely designed and offers a modern jet shower system
“Les abbesses”, the trendy part of Montmartre where the duplex is located offer restaurants, shops and nice café terraces. The Sacre Coeur and its gardens are 2 mn walk as the stairs to the top are just at the end of the street.
This location is a perfect base to visit Paris. It stays 15 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations AND is a very charming and restful area to be appreciated after a whole day shopping and walking through museums.
Last point, we are staying 1 block away. We are here if you need help, but do not worry, we will not be intrusive.
