Leading off of the living room is a large porch with plenty of patio furniture to enjoy your morning coffee and beautiful sunrises. Also located on this level is the 1st master bedroom and bathroom with king bed and sitting area all with beautiful views of the ocean. On the 2nd floor you’ll find a 2nd spacious living room with large screen TV, wet bar and game table that leads to another large porch all overlooking the ocean.
