  hi folks have arrived and been very busy were looking after the place sweeping floors washing towels just like home everything is as advertised thank you we have made some ld calls hope its not a problem we will pay any charges by pay pal just let us know the total the hendsbee/barr families

  Hi Nick, I just wanted to say thank you for letting us stay in your lovely villa. The kids had a truly fabulous time. They are aged 5 and 2 (almost 3) and there were so many toys for them to play with it was like Christmas. We loved your swing set and the wonderful pool. This was the 5th Lindfields villa we have stayed at and it was by far the nicest. We really appreciated all of your upgrades. We hope to be back later in 2011! Thanks again. Kind regards

  Hi Nick and Gill, I just wanted to say thank you for letting us stay in your lovely house again. We had a truly wonderful holiday. The pool was fabulous and the girls did a lot of swimming. We all had such a relaxing time. The girls loved the selection of toys and especially all the children’s books in the kids’ bedroom. Hopefully we will be back next year. Kind regards Helen,

  We stayed at the villa in March 2010 - everything was perfect!!! The kids loved the bunk beds, lots of toys and the home was so clean. We can't wait to return!!!

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  G'day Nick and Gill from the coolish climes of Canada! I was one of the party, belonging to Chris/Kelly Howard (the mom of Chris) who spent an amazing week at your villa. The weather was continuously glorious the whole week (quite an unusual occurrence while Kelly is on vacation - usually rains every single day that she is away from home!). Your house is very inviting to all those who visit the sunshine state of Florida...with the Olympic games in full flight - with television sets in all the rooms - we were able to choose our main viewing (thank you!)...did have to go on to the computer every few hours to see how the Canadian teams were doing, and I wish to thank you for that feature as well. Extremely beneficial in tracking down how other countries were 'faring' other than the US teams! So, thank you - muchly appreciated. Christopher and I did take a lot of 'heat' about the men's Canadian ice hockey team being ousted by the Russians...Read several of the comments in the sign-in booklet and Kelly added her thanks only to the growing list of people who stay in your villa. We had not computer problems, no housekeeping problems, nor pool/spa problems. Do appreciate the extra 'items' kept in the larder and we added our few as well. The temperatures were unbelievably grand - between 26C-30C every day - and the sun shone with no humidity. As we were leaving at 5:30 on the Thurs morning - the temp had already reached 18C. Again, I just want to thank you for allowing visitors to book into your 'space'.   We stayed in the villa from 17th April to 1st May 2006. I can honestly say without doubt, it is the best holiday we have ever had. The villa is absolutely stunning, we have never stayed anywhere that has the same amenities and facilities. We took our 4 daughters with us with ages ranging from 5 to 18, there was always something for them all to do. Nick & Gill - Thanks for the use of your villa! The Reids from Boston, U.K. ============================================== Tristan Trumble Family We just returned to Nebraska on Monday after spending a week at your villa. Our son and daughter-in-law booked it from the 22nd through the 29th May 2006.They spent alot of time at Disney with our grandchildren while my husband and I drove to the Gulf and spent a few days there. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your home! It was clean and so comfortable! We were very impressed with the layout as Grandma and Grandpa (we had the "garage" room suite) could have some quiet away from the adorable, but sometimes noisy, 5 and 2 year old. The kids loved the Disney room. We were very pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the house was as far as sheets, towels, kitchen linens, dishes, etc. We left some non-perishable foods in the larder, along with dish soap, hand soap, fabric softener, paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper for your next guests to use. I left a pool toy as well, although there were plenty there. I am just delighted that my son found your site on the Web. The children and adults both loved the pool and the Jacuzzi was delightful.We certainly hope to return someday. (Actually, I would just like to move right in!!)   Hi Nick, Just thought I should let you know we have had a few problems with the pool heating. The management company have been great, but we've only had a heated pool for approx half the time so far. The inflatable boat has popped, but we've replaced it with a new one along with a couple of other kids pool toys. The villa is great, and none of us want to go home. I'll contact you again when we get back to UK Cheers Adrian (new pool heater, filter and pump installed) ================================================================================================================ Good morning Nik Just home! We had a lovely time thankyou. The villa is absolutely lovely, and was like a home from home for us. My niece loved the Disney Room, and spent a couple of evenings doing the jigsaw puzzles provided. We loved it so much, that my parents, bought a villa in the Lindfields estate, while we were there - near the entrance of the estate - Sunset Villas! We will therefore become regular visitors I believe! The only negative comment, is that the swimming pool heating broke down 3 times, and due to the fluctuating weather, it was needed. However, your management company were prompt each time in fixing the pump. We left the key in the villa on the dining room table. Kind regards Carmel we have had a brand new pool heater fitted so there will be no more problems

  From Beverley Scott I had to pay for six dolphin swims this week so I was a bit broke . We loved your villa and would definitely book with you again. Infact its a shame we have already paid our deposit on the villa for our trip next spring. We do try to get out to Florida as often as we can and will keep an eye on the dates you have available. We are seasoned travellers and don't let 'little things' that go wrong upset our holiday especially when they are beyond your control, eg wasp nests, heavier rain fall than usual that brings out the bugs etc. Your management agency responded quickly to all our requests and everyone was amicable except the last guy who was very condescending. We were a bit unlucky to follow people who left a lot of food rubbish which as you know is not a good idea in Florida. The only thing that can improve your villa is probably to have all the small holes in the mesh mended, apart from that I wouldn't change a thing, its superb. Here is a list of the bits we loved!!!!! The fridge - ice cubes crushed or chunky heaven on those hot days. Microwave- its enormous and cooks eggs to perfection (we didn't use the cooker). A sleigh bed with canopy - how romantic. Furnishings- It made a pleasant surprise to have such individuality. So many villas have boring pastels and light furnishings. A TV in every room - brilliant no arguments over the remote control The pool - always beautifully clean even after a storm and heavy rain. Location - perfect doesn't get any better. However I would not want to have to collect keys from the management office. We would always request a lock box. Size - your villa is so spacious we would love to come back with 2 more members of our family. 2nd master bedroom - a lovely room with extra privacy from the rest of the house. All those little extras- the kids loved the kids room complete with toys. We used it as the playroom. Computer - It was great being able to email my friends with on the spot Disney news. My husband could keep an eye on his business. All in all we can't wait to come back and will recommend it to our friends.
