  The owner of this apartment met us at the apartment, took the time to show us around the neighborhood, shared his knowledge of the area and was a sheer delight. The apartment was described perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and perfect for a week getaway in beautiful Paris! We loved the apartment so much we plan to book again next year!

  This stay was my first time at any of Christophe's rentals and I am so happy to have found such a perfect accommodation option for my frequent travels to Paris. I'm modest yet a clean freak and Boulangerie room absolutely lived up to my expectations. Loved it. Thanks so much Christophe for creating these cute spaces.

  I had booked this apartment but unfortunately I had to cancel after paying a deposit. Chris was extremely helpful and considerate of my situation. He responded very promptly to my emails and provided a super fast refund of my deposit.

  My husband and I stayed at the Boulangerie Room for a few nights, and found it to be extremely charming (and true to the images online.) The apartment and the furniture are very well-maintained and I appreciated the attention paid to the design details and amenities. Older buildings sometimes have tepid water pressure, but the water pressure in the shower at Boulangerie Room was excellent. The location was great and very convenient. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero. Also, there are two nearby metro stops. The neighborhood itself isn't touristy though, which is a nice change of pace after a day of sightseeing. Christophe was always very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We also appreciated his recommendations of places to go or to avoid in the neighborhood. I would recommend Boulangerie Room to friends and family, and if I visit Paris again, I'd definitely stay here again or at any of Christophe's other properties.

  We spent a week at the Boulangerie Room in July. We were greeted by a friendly colleague of the owner within minutes of arriving at the apartment from the airport. She gave us an informative overview of the studio and the neighbourhood and we were off to enjoy all that Paris has to offer. The studio is small by North American standards but we have stayed in hotel rooms in Paris that were much smaller. The studio was exactly as described and represented in photos. Everything you need is in the apartment, a small refrigerator, cooking utensils, a coffee maker and a washer. The bed was very comfortable. We shopped in the neighbourhood for food and wine, a Monoprix is nearby as well as many other shops. We enjoyed the local restaurants and markets. The proximity to the Metro is wonderful. We traveled the Metro without any difficulties. We were there during the arrival of the Tour de France which was an amazing event in itself. The apartment is close to the Rue de Commerce, a great street for shopping. There was a market on Sunday near the La Motte Picquet metro station that had amazing food, fresh fish, and wonderful baked goods. After long days of taking in the sights and shopping, the Boulangerie Room was a wonderful place to come home to each day. We walked to the Eiffel Tower several times and enjoyed a picnic in a grassy area across the river while the sun set, a memorable experience for sure. Our stay at the Boulangerie Room was great, we would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy an authentic Parisian experience. We cannot wait until our next visit to the Boulangerie Room, Thanks for everything.

  Christophe made sure to explain how everything worked in the apartment and then walked around the block with us to make sure we could find restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The apartment is well kept and only a block from a metro station, the area is very quiet at night and secure.

  Chris and his young son Victor met us and showed us around the apartment and explained how every thing worked. He then took the time to and walked us around the neighborhood and made recommendations for dining and which shops offered the best produce, wine and cheese. Chris accommodated our request for an early check in which was wonderful after flying for 16 hours and arriving early in the morning. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable, charming and quiet during the evening. It is located near 2 metro stops and a large supermarket. If you want the Real Parisian experience this is the neighborhood for it. Fun, Safe and located close to all the major sights either by walking or metro. Chris was excellent to work with, quick to respond to emails and very accommodating. What a super person. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family when they are in Paris

  The only thing I can say about the Boulangerie Room is that I LOVED IT and I would rent it again for sure! I have been on several hotels and apartments across Europe and this old Bakery was the best experience I have had. We loved the apartment location and loved the area.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  Great apartment with all amenities one needed. Chris always responded to emails promptly and he met me in person at check in, and was so helpful. The apartment is so ROMANTIC , UNIQUE and in a great location. I recommend it to everyone who want to have a unique experience in Paris.

  The owner, Christophe, was very helpful and, as he was out of town when we arrived the week of Christmas, his good friend met us and pointed out a few key spots in the area. We were given the keys and all relevant information that we might need during our stay (e.g., how to work the heater, the stove, etc.). The apartment is located near the metro and quiet during the evening. Like a hotel, a hair dryer and towels are provided; however, there are no wash rags (to be expected outside of the U.S. so we brought our own). We liked that there was a kitchenette as it helped keep the cost of meals down and was very convenient when we were tired after a long day of sight seeing. The kitchenette was especially nice as many hotels do not allow you to take food in your room. We had a very nice stay and would definitely rent from Christophe in the future!
