There is a large deck off the lower level with plenty of space to relax and take in the scenery. There is also a small kitchen and laundry room with a 1/2 bath on this level.
The lot is naturally landscaped with a set of stairs leading down to the waterfront and dock. Swimming is off the dock with a ladder.
