Cozy Family Stay

I would highly recommend this rental esecially for a family or those wanting to have a living/dining area. This was a cozy three bedroom place. Two beds are double size downstairs. Two twins upstairs (note steep stairs, low ceilings)- best for kids. We had a well stocked kitchen and use of laundry. The bathroom is very small. It wasn't a problem for us but if you were very large, I think it would be uncomfortably small. We rented a car and directions were easy to all that the Twin Cities offered. Everything was 8-20 min away, easy drives. Door code entry made getting in and out easy. Residential neighborhood was clean, quaint, and quiet. The local grocery was a bit ghetto but we had great experiences everywhere else. The local park was a beautiful walk and the lake was crystal clear in Sept., but too cold to swim. There were many parks and playgrounds over short drives. From here we went to the airport, Children's museum, science center, Minehaha Falls, Como Park, Stillwater, Hudson- St. Croix River, Camrose Hill, local farms, Walker Sculpture Garden, Lake Calhoun, Mississippi River- St. Anthony's Main.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

This well-maintained house made a great home away from home for my family of 4 adults. In town for a wedding, and sight-seeing , we especially appreciated having separate bedrooms with our own space and our own closets. The bathroom is definitely a one -person-at-a-time bathroom, but all other rooms are spacious and full of natural light because of all the windows- delightful! The large living room, has plenty of room to spread out and the kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with all you need. The backyard chairs and grill made us feel right at home. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, so if you are a late night group planning a loud party this is not your place. We greatly appreciated how easy it was to find and return to. Great location.

We felt right at home, and very safe in this house. Everything was convenient. Great location in St. Paul. We had some last minute changes, and the owner was very understanding and worked with us. This house was very clean and modern...well taken care of! We will stay again if come to the area. Would absolutely recommend this house to a friend/relative.

The house was very similar to the photos, clean, and well-suited for my family of five (all adults). The surrounding neighborhood was also very charming. The manager had more rules than other VRBO owners I've rented from, but all in all it was a good experience.
