Or just relax at the Stunning Clubhouse, or in the beautiful Pool, enjoy the two wonderful Poolside Restaurants, play Tennis, work out in the fully equipped Fitness Center or go dancing in the Grand Ballroom. It has a large vanity area and walk in closet off the master suite, beautifully decorated with a Key West bedroom suite, king bed and beautiful Croscille bedding and draperies. The Guest suite has a queen size bed similarly appointed. The Den has a queen size sleeper and desk and TV. The entranceway opens onto a large living area with sectional sofa, large flat screen TV and stereo with surround sound, and a lovely dining area. Two large glass patio doors open up further, to the lanai bringing the living area outdoors. Super comfortable chairs let you totally relax in the fresh evening air in the Lanai. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and the Dining area seats six. A breakfast nook and double car garage complete this lovely home, for you to enjoy. Internet access is provided so bring your laptop.
You are centrally located a few hours from Miami, Tampa, Disneyland in Orlando, the Everglades, and Key West; or see the incredible Kennedy Space Center and rocket launches from Cape Canaveral. It is a close driving distance to Sanibel, Marcos Island, and Naples. Enjoy the great outdoors, with sailing, boating, fishing, shelling, and sea diving, or the eco-tours offered in the Everglades. Go shopping at the many outlet malls which include Tanger, Miromar, and Prime outlets in Fort Myers, Estero, and Naples; or the upscale shopping offered at 5th Avenue in Fort Myers. This is a great house in a great location. It is furnished and stocked with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Beaches are close and many golf courses in the area. About the owner: I was originally born in Winnipeg, Canada a city with a very cold climate. Many people often vacation in Florida to get away from the cold, and I ended up buying a house I hope to retire to someday, in North Fort Myers, Florida. I have lived and worked as a Computer Consultant in San Francisco for over 18 years now. Please enjoy my home while you are visiting.
Why the Owner Chose North Fort Myers:
I was looking for a tropical location in the USA near the ocean with sailing and lots of vacation activities. I travelled all over Florida, and decided to take a last drive back through the Fort Myers area. To me it felt more like home, with friendly people, and more of a quieter country feel, but with all the beautiful beaches and activities Florida has to offer, plus the best amenities I have seen.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I enjoy relaxing by the pool so much, the restaurants and great brunches, and the fitness center and golf, and the beautiful beaches, and am looking forward to watching some baseball spring training games. It is a great place to relax and you'll find you won't want to leave Herons Glen, it has such a nice atmosphere. Fort Myers, the City of Palms, is just the right size, and close to Tampa, Miami, and Orlando when you are looking for that bigger city feel.
