  We enjoyed the stay very much. Very satisfied with one exception. The condo was not very clean when we arrived. We overlooked the cleanliness and had a great time.

  My wife and I (and our dog) spent a fantastic long weekend at this over Christmas while visiting family. The unit was as advertised. The location is not only oceanfront but the balcony off of the living room, is directly over the seawall, making for amazing views - you can see a full 180 degree view of the entire coastline. We have a small dog but even a medium to large size dog would have a comfortable amount of room to room the unit. The location is short drive to everything that you'd need but is not in a crowded area. It is a great rental that we actually missed when we left.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We stayed here for 2 weeks in March 2011, it was so beautiful. The view from every window, the ocean is right there. The unit is spacious and has everything that you needed. The owner was so delightful to work with. The location was excellent, everything was right there. The place itself was very clean, the people were very friendly. We would love to go back as soon as possible.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

  We really liked this unit. There are many pluses and a couple minuses, otherwise I would rate it as excellent. There are two beautiful balconies. One is off a bedroom and faces south and gives you the warm sun all day. (We were there in early Feb.) Both offer a great view of the ocean so close that you can hear the waves crashing on the beach when you go to bed at night. Very comfortable with a nice kitchen and appliances. Very difficult to keep sand off the floor as requested. Should have a few throw rugs to help and maybe a small vacuum. The temperature is a not adjustable which I found to be a bit annoying because I’m a bit particular with that. With that said, we were still quite comfortable. The pool was closed for two days for maintenance which was just unlucky for us. All in all a very nice unit that we would like to return to again

  The property was just as described. As close to the ocean as you could possibly get. Everything you need is there and it is located right across the street from a mini-mall with a theater, groceries, etc. We drove into Orlando a couple of days but the rest of the time we spent in the area of the condo. Good restaurants are nearby. It was also nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. The wife and I didn't want to leave. We will definitely by back.

  My family and I just spent a week at this lovely and well furnished condo on the beach. The location was perfect, no large crowds of tourists clogging the beach. It was like we had our own private beach. The condo was extremly nice and conveniently located near groceries, attractions, and restaurants. All-in-all we had a wonderful time and can't wait until next year.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  This unit is the best on the beach. It has a beautiful ocean view from almost anywhere in the unit. The unit is comfortable and the we had the most relaxing stay of any vacation we've taken.

  This unit is better than discribed. A beautiful ocean veiw from almost any spot in the unit. Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. We sat on the baloney and watched the sun rise and fall over the ocean. we could not have had a better vacation unit than this was.

  I read the advertisement and talked with the owner while trying to imagine water so close you could feel the mist. We have stayed in the area several times over the last few years and this unit has lot to offer with beautiful comfortable furnishings. The kitchen is amazing with the new cabinets and granite counter tops tempting you to stay in and cook with the best dinner views ever. Sitting in the nice leather furniture looking out the large windows and balcony doors is a 180-degree view of the ocean! It’s like being on a cruise without the “rocking”. I especially enjoyed breakfasts on the eastern balcony in the morning and sunning on the southern balcony in the afternoons. Imagine lying in bed watching the sunrise from the large balcony or a private sunbath on the sun porch! The condo was so great we didn’t want to leave and only went to Orlando once and out to the movies once during the month of January. (Red box rentals were just down the street and Publix grocery, Dollar General and a movie theater is just across the street.). We definitely want to make this unit our first choice for future stays.
