This authentic beach cottage has been recently renovated and redecorated to give you the ultimate Jersey Shore Experience. The house contains 3 bedrooms each with double bed, one bathroom with shower with additional shower and washer and dryer in the basement.
There is a fully stocked kitchen, combination dining room and living room, comfortable redone screened porch with antique wicker rockers and a new dining table which is perfect for all those alfresco meals. We have added a new front deck with all new upscale furniture. We have also added a new gas fireplace for those chilly nights which may occur early and late in the season.
The house has a garage for one car with parking behind for one additional car.
The cottage is easily accessible by the Garden State Parkway from Northern New Jersey and Newark Airport. Train Service is also available by the Jersey Coast Line from New York, Newark, Newark Airport and other cities. Access from Philadelphia area is easy as well via I 195 or Route 70.

- Enjoy the Many Restaurants in the Area. We Love Red's Lobster Pot and Spike's Seafood in Point Pleasant along with Jenkinson's Boardwalk. Squan Tavern in Manasquan is also excellent. Enjoy shopping in Spring Lake, visiting Asbury Park, having ice cream at Day's in Ocean Grove,and antiquing in Red Bank. You are also 2 hours by train from Manasquan to Penn Station in NYC. Easy to catch a matinee and dinner before heading back to the Shore.

$3,000/week from June 25 thru Sept 10.
3 might minimum, plus cleaning fee of $100 for shorter rentals.

Why the Owner Chose Manasquan
This cottage has been in our family since the 1930's. We therefore take great pride in the house. A new porch, new outside deck, new vaulted living room ceiling, new attic fan and ceiling fans, new bedroom air conditioners, lighting, windows, doors, siding and living room fireplace have recently been completed. A plus is that it is located right on the boardwalk.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
This house is right on the beach and we love being able to walk the beach in the morning and ride bikes to the inlet. A perfect place for family get-togethers. It is rare to be right on the beach without a road or traffic in front.

This is such a great house. It has been newly renovated and is nicely decorated. It has beach front access, and a great deck with comfy chairs that make for great sunset and people watching. It has everything you need in the house, but trust me you will want to spend all the time outdoors. There's even parking for 2 cars in the drive/garage. It's an easy 4 hour drive from DC where I live and is the perfect get away for a weekend. Manasquan is much quieter than some of the neighboring towns, has a great family beach, that is clean and comes with life guards. The house is at the center of it all, just a 3 minute walk from the small arcade and pizza joint on the boardwalk, walking distance to the 2 bars, restaurants and the liquor store. If you are a runner or avid walker it's a nice jaunt to the downtown, and accessible to the train station and grocery store. It's great for families. I plan to come back every year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

This was a great place for my family with our two young boys. We were right on the boardwalk and could walk to all the places that little boys love and were so close that the whining was minimal. The beach, playground, Gigis (local pizza place), for ice cream, the Corner Store (great for breakfast). It did get a bit hot so having air conditioning at night for sleeping was wonderful - never got cool enough for a fire though. The porch on the front was great for reading - i could watch my kids in the front yard and see to the ocean, all while catching a breeze. With two kids, having a washer and dryer on property was great. We will be back.

I have stayed here before it was renovated and look forward to going back now that it has been updated !! The improvements look wonderful. This house is right on the beach and the screened in porch is the best feature of all. It is close to casual dining and a short drive into town (5 minutes) to fancier restaurants. You can walk to the liquor store !! My favorite is Squan Tavern which serves Italian food. I have also taken the train into NYC and enjoyed the "tourist" spots there. This is a great vacation spot for families and couples alike.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This house is right on the beach and the porch is great for tanning and people watching. You are able to see it all ! I found this house to be clean and well maintained and each year there are pretty flowers in the planters. I would recommend this property to others. There are no dogs allowed on this beach in case you are wondering.
