Downtown Fort Myers is a relatively undiscovered gem. Directly on the Caloosahatchee river, the city center has been re-developed over time to create a welcoming, pedestrian friendly destination. Our new home is within walking distance of many restaurants and night spots in this wonderful area.

This 5th floor unit provides gorgeous views from every room and the large full width lanai. The pool and other common areas are easily accessible and well maintained. The beautiful decor, private elevator and thoughtful amenities create a truly luxurious atmosphere.

We are residents of Toledo, Ohio. Naturally, our winters can be quite dreary and cold. Fortunately, our family discovered Southwest Florida when we were kids and has maintained a connection ever since. In early 2009 we were fortunate enough to purchase a brand new second home of our own. We are very excited about sharing this beautiful condominium with family, friends and guests.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The screened lanai and view of the river was outstanding! It was confusing to get into the condo the first time, but eventually we became familiar with the process and loved the semi-private elevator to the room. The notes from the owner did not indicate a parking pass was required, so we did get a violation for parking in the garage without a sticker.

We stayed in the condo while in town for a wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The condo is well appointed with attractive and comfortable furnishings, and we spent hours with friends on the screened balcony. The unit is well maintained and clean, as is the entire resort property. We used the exercise equipment in the adjacent building several times, and the condo staff was helpful and attentive. Our son uses a wheelchair so the parking garage was a blessing; the unit is wheelchair friendly, though it couldn't be considered ADA accessible. We enjoyed the pool daily as well as trips to the local beaches. Downtown Ft. Myers is within walking distance, which was great! The owners were a pleasure to deal with, and promptly responded to questions before and during our stay; we appreciated dining suggestions as well. Our security deposit was returned promptly, and all administrative details were top notch. We hope to stay again in the future.

I recently stayed in this unit and was extremely pleased. The owner could not have been more helpful in making everything go smoothley. The unit is very nicely furnished, feels like home, or better. All 3 bedrooms have beuiatiful river views. The balcony overlooking the river is a great place to eat or just enjoy the view. Highly reccommend this unit.

The condominium is well-appointed and feels like home. The views are terrific, the pool and jacuzzi are beautiful, and the location is perfect. It was a great vacation, and we highly recommend the condo to others.

Very comfortable, spacious and nicely appointed unit. Enjoyed a very relaxing 5-day vacation in December... perfect for lounging in the great pool and jacuzzi, enjoying fine meals in nearby downtown Ft. Myers, and trips to Ft. Myers beach on the Gulf. Owners were very reliable and easy to work with. Definitely plan to stay here again.
