We are a family of 5 who purchased our home in Palm Coast three years ago to use for vacations and as a base when my husband worked in Jacksonville. With 3 kids with busy social calendars, we do not get a chance to go up to our house as often as we'd like. We hope we can share our home with another family looking for that special get-away.
Why the Owner Chose Other Palm Coast Properties
We originally purchased this property for two reasons. First of all, my husband was spending several weeks a month in Jacksonville and Palm Coast working and we wanted a base where he could stay and be comfortable. We were also looking for a vacation home that we could easily get to on weekends but still felt like a "get-away" to us.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We spend a lot of time on our boat when we are visiting Palm Coast. We also love historic St. Augustine and sight-seeing in Jacksonville, Daytona and other FL locations nearby. We like to bike or walk the many trails and just relax as a family.

The pictures don't even come close to how beautiful this house is very cozy and sophisticated all rolled in one wish I had more than just a few days to enjoy it. Thank you so much for sharing your home with others. Also Dean and Jill are so helpful and friendly couldn't ask for better representatives.

Wanting a much needed & long awaiting break I searched for hours online & found this gem! The price is affordable, the house is beautiful & the process was so easy. Great communication & no hassles whatsoever. I was weary about leaving a good review for fear that many others would find out about this wonderful place & it won't be available when I want to return! But it was all such a relaxing & perfect vacation & Jill made everything so very easy that I just had to do the honor of bragging about the terrific time we had. Having never rented a vacation home before...I was worried with some of the warnings I read online...but things couldn't have been more perfect! And while I feel less worried about renting a vacation home...I don't think I'll chance dealing with anyone else. Why go any where else when we have fallen in love with this place! I even played the lottery & if we had won...we would have made her an offer she couldn't refuse!!!:) After telling friends about this, place they all want the website...I just can't bring myself to give away this precious secret hideaway I have found!! Not till I have dibs on my next trip there! Can't wait to return!!
