This three-level town home features the largest floor plan in the Park Meadow Racquet Club community and has been completely remodeled with a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and up-to-date appliances. There’s a full bath on the first floor. The family room has a gas fireplace and opens out to a spacious deck and the Park Meadows golf course with beautiful mountain views, open space and privacy.
The second floor has a Master Bedroom with King Bed, Private Bath and Balcony with mountain views; Guest Bedroom has a Full Bed, Full Hall Bathroom; Laundry Located is on 2nd Floor. Third Floor Bedroom has 2 Full Beds and a Full Bath. Every bedroom has a TV.
This comfortable, beautifully decorated town home was renovated a few years ago with new cabinets, countertops, appliances, tile, lighting and bath fixtures, furniture, mattresses and other features. Linens are provided for all beds and towels for all guests. Free high speed internet!
The townhouse is located adjacent to the Park City Racquet Club, a community recreation center where you can enjoy a Full Gym, Fitness Classes, Indoor and Outdoor Tennis, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Basketball Courts and Two Pools in the Summer. No membership required.
The unit has a one car enclosed garage with room to store skis, plus ample additional parking.
Spring, Summer and Fall are also great times to visit Park City. Enjoy hiking, biking, horse back riding, tennis, golf at 6 major courses within 30 minutes and public reservoirs for sailing, boating and fishing. For families the Park City Resort and the Olympic Park offer fun amusements including zip lines, alpine slides, alpine coaster and many other rides.
It's easy to get to Park City. The town is just 37 miles from the Salt Lake International Airport; airport transportation is easily available if you decide not to rent a car. Year Purchased: 2009
My children and I have been coming to Park City for years to visit relatives and enjoy the slopes, biking trails and beautiful setting. I love the many opportunities for outdoor adventure, the friendliness of the people and the slower pace of everyday living. That's why I bought a townhouse in 2009. I plan to rent it for a few years then split my time between Park City and the wonderful east coast city...Philadelphia.
