Seaside Days is a gorgeous, professionally decorated, oceanfront, luxury duplex. This listing is for one side of the duplex. Families, golfers, friends,…come enjoy the incredible place we like to call our home away from home. Your stay will be spectacular! Newly built in 2008, this duplex is top-notch in every way. We also have become pet-friendly for dogs under 15lbs with a $300 refundable security deposit.
It boasts three stories of sweeping ocean views with an elevator to take you to each level. A private walkway, outside shower, pool, 50” big screen plasma TV, wireless internet, Poker/game table, mini-bar with ice-maker, intercom system, game room and a beverage refrigerator are just small samplings of what our guests appreciate most!
The Gourmet Kitchen is spectacular and includes: granite countertops, two dishwashers, Stainless Steel Appliances, Island with preparation sink, oven with a pizza/warmer oven, tile floors for easy clean-up, microwave, TV + DVD player and an extra beverage refrigerator. Utensils and everything you need to prepare first class meals are provided.
Each bedroom has a beautiful private bath that includes a hair dryer. Three of the bedrooms and the game room have Oceanfront balconies. The laundry room is complete with a washer, dryer, folding counter, iron and ironing board. An expandable laundry line is installed under Unit A.
Whether enjoying privacy and quiet while you read is your idea of a perfect vacation or enjoying everything Myrtle Beach has to offer…this Windy Hill house is for you! Seaside Days is located on a quiet street that does not allow for passthrough traffic. There is something to do for everyone that is within steps or a few minutes drive. There is even a water sports outfitter just a few steps North on the beach. During the summer a lifeguard is on duty close-by for that added security. Do you enjoy shelling or fishing?

The listing description is accurate and very descriptive. The photos included in the listing are spot on, represented exactly as the property actually is. The property has been maintained very well, we found a few minor cleaning issues (main stairs weren't vacuumed completely and the corners and edges of the floors weren't completely clean), but nothing extreme. The owner's are a joy to work with, they are extremely kind and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxury vacation spot! We loved the location. Our family enjoyed an awesome 8 nights at this property and had a GREAT time!!!Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

My family rented Unit A of this spectacular oceanfront house for almost 2 weeks in late September/early October and had a truly fabulous time. The home afforded everything we needed and more. It was so nicely decorated and, even though the pool and beach access made us not even want to leave the house, the location in Windy Hill was extremely convenient to everything in both North Myrtle and Myrtle. The owners also were so responsive and helpful with regard to anything we needed. We would highly recommend his property to anyone considering a vacation to the Myrtle Beach area, and will look to stay there again ourselves. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacaton - we hope to be back soon!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

About: My husband and I have been married for 18 years and have 4 children. We graduated from West Virginia University in 1992 & 1993 with degrees in Pharmacy. Our family loves the ocean so we decided to by this newly built beautiful oceanfront duplex in 2009.
Why Private Homes:
My husband is a private pilot and I am training to be one. Our Duplex is less than a mile away from a small airport called Grand Strand Airport. We also love live music and our children love the many entertainment options that Myrtle Beach has to offer!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Seaside Days is located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. Windy Hill is the southern-most beach of North Myrtle Beach. It is a very short drive or a 2 mile walk or bike ride to Barefoot Landing. We get very little traffic past our house because Ocean Blvd. ends directly up the road from us. It is so quiet and safe. We absolutely love it!
