Simply picture yourself here, in our charming beach house; newly updated and decorated by interior designer & located in a beautiful neighborhood. Just steps to our private dedicated beach access w/ gazebo and outdoor shower as well as private fishing pier on the back bay that offers large tiki hut with picnic tables, benches, boat slips and TONS of local wildlife. Beach is about 50 yards and bay is about 60 yards from the cottage. Our cottage is about 1,000 square feet of cozy & never want to leave atmosphere.
Warm & sunny two bedroom, two bath home with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with new high top white dinette. New microwave, clocks, alarm clocks, washer & dryer on living level with 2 enclosed lanais, carport parking, large yard, storage area, & beach chairs. Master bedroom has Queen size bed with new bedding & decor, 2 closets (one very large walk-in). Guest room features two twin beds with newer bedding and decor. Living room has new furniture; queen sleeper, loveseat and chair, new flat screen HDTV w/ cable. CD player with boom box, new iPod docking station. All linens and beach towels are included. Master bedroom has new hdtv flat screen tv w/ cable.
Relax and read, take a nap, play a board game and enjoy meals with friends on one of the lanai's. Take a few steps to the back bay and look for osprey, manatee, dolphins, jumping fish, pelicans and the newest resident; SCARLET IBIS! Our wildlife friends are in the Gulf as well so you always expect to see something fun and memorable- an endless supply of entertainment...

Our family of 5 (kids ages 10, 6, and 4 mo.) had a wonderful week in this beautiful home. We had everything we needed and the house is lovely. It is located conveniently between the beach--an easy walk--and a fishing/boating dock where father and son enjoyed catching a variety of sealife each night--including blowfish, sting rays, and snappers. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. The traffic going north was pretty much stopped from 9am-9pm during spring break, but we were able to get to the pier two days by leaving before 9. This house was perfect! loved, loved, loved the cozy beach feel! Right across the street from the beach, so convenient for an early morning walk or bike ride! We were just a short drive from the little shops and tons of great restaurants...Fresh Catch Bistro is a must for a really nice dinner! and publix was only a few blocks away so we were easily able to stock up on everything we needed. We really enjoyed the back patio, which had a great breeze running through it most of the time. We've been to Fort Myers Beach many times and loved renting this cottage. It's close to the beach with private access on a quiet street. The house is very nicely furnished and the screened lanai was wonderful for relaxing. Publix is conveniently located which is a real plus with traffic beachside. We make multiple trips to the grocery store because we prefer to cook/grill ourselves. Love Beach Seafood Market right over the bridge for fresh shrimp, fish and clams! Nancy was great to work with- we'll be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway.

I've stayed at this beautiful beach cottage several time and have never been disappointed. The house is beautifully decorated and very welcoming on the inside. The 2nd floor lanai is the perfect spot to relax anytime of day in the privacy of the backyard. The convenience of the beach cannot be beat. The gazebo at the beach is a great spot to relax in the shade and read a good book or catch a nap. I highly recommend this magnificent beach cottage for adults and families.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Everyone enjoys watching the new sport of kite boarding & wind surfing. All of these activities are followed up by reading a good book on the beach, taking a nap in the warm sunshine, drinking coffee on the lanai and enjoying company of friends both old & new. The best thing is taking time to enjoy one another.
