SINGLE PRIVATE HOME and HEATED POOL!!! Awesome and amazing.

Our cottage is a single family, has 2 bedrooms + Convertible beds, 2 baths, Sleeps 6.
Simply picture yourself here, in our charming beach house; newly updated and decorated by interior designer & located in a beautiful neighborhood. Just a few steps to our private dedicated beach access w/ gazebo and outdoor shower as well as private fishing pier on the back bay that offers large tiki hut with picnic tables, benches, boat slips and TONS of local wildlife. Beach is about 50 yards and bay is about 60 yards from the cottage. Our cottage is about 1,100 square feet of cozy & never want to leave atmosphere.

Warm & sunny two bedroom, two bath home with living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with new high top white dinette. New microwave, clocks, alarm clocks, washer & dryer on living level with 2 enclosed lanais, carport parking, large yard, storage area, & beach chairs. Master bedroom has Queen size bed with new bedding & decor, 2 closets (one very large walk-in). Guest room features two twin beds with newer bedding and decor. Living room has new 50” Smart TV with cable, built in Amazon, netflix, youtube, new furniture; queen sleeper, loveseat and chair, iPod docking station. All linens and beach towels are included. Master bedroom has new 32" hdtv flat screen tv w/ cable.

Relax and read, take a nap, play a board game and enjoy meals with friends on one of the lanai's. Take a few steps to the back bay and look for osprey, manatee, dolphins, jumping fish, pelicans and the newest resident; SCARLET IBIS! Our wildlife friends are in the Gulf as well so you always expect to see something fun and memorable- an endless supply of entertainment...

First time in Florida and it was so beautiful love the way the house was set up it was perfect

I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at so close to the beach and shops. I can’t wait to come here again! The heated pool was amazing! My family enjoyed it we had a great time. Maintenance came and fixed a couple things that we had seen and was resolve very quickly. Very good communication!

Wonderful Stay!

This is our 2nd time at this property and we absolutely LOVE it. My only suggestion is the door be fixed in the master bedroom bathroom to the shower. It would not stay closed. Otherwise we had an amazing time! Love the house, area, private pool, and price! Will definitely rent this place next summer!

A most excellent stay again!

This is our 3rd stay at this property and we enjoyed it as much as we did the previous times! I would definitely recommend it; the location is great, and everything was clean and working. It was great being able to spend the day at the beach and then time at night in the pool. We would definitely go back again!

Cozy and great location

This cozy little house was perfect for making memories with my family. The pool was my kid’s favorite and the beach was just a short 2 minute walk away. Great location!

We fell in love with the gulf coast of Florida in 1998 during our first visit. We went back for another vacation that year for a family holiday and had to purchase this amazing cottage. There was only one other owner since it was built so the family heritage and feel permeated the property- you feel the love. We have renovated it several times with new furniture, baths and a pool! We travel for work and understand the important things such as a pool, warm decor, cozy linens, wifi, smart tv, games, bikes, beach chairs and a beautiful atmosphere. It would be silly to choose another property when you have everything that you need at our warm and cozy beach cottage. We appreciater all of our wonderful guests whom have stayed over the years. We love the sun, beach, fun, outdoors, wildlife whether in the Gulf, flying above it or crawling around it. Ft. Myers Beach is easy to access from away, you can completely relax and never have to leave the island, people are friendly and it is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

What makes this property unique

Relaxing, unwinding, turning off the fast paced everyday life. A new in ground heated pool. Enjoy friends and family in our new heated pool- why even leave the grounds? Additional, we love to kayak, run or walk on the beach, bike ride, golf and play tennis. Friends enjoy the jet skis and parasailing as well. Everyone enjoys watching the new sport of kite boarding & wind surfing. All of these activities are followed up by reading a good book on the beach, taking a nap in the warm sunshine, drinking coffee on the lanai and enjoying company of friends both old & new. The best thing is taking time to enjoy one another.
