  Patricia, Many, many thanks for providing a house that was perfect for our family get together over the holidays. The house was great and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Everything was clean and well supplied with all the "stuff" needed for an extended stay. The 5 grandkids and 7 adults loved the play room and the pool. The adults had plenty of room to visit and also enjoyed the spa and pool. (The heater worked great and fast, by the way.) The movable fence between the pool and patio was a fantastic idea. We could let the little ones play on the patio without worry they would end up in the pool. All of us spent some relaxing time in the cinema room. That is when we could get the older kids away from the gaming! The people managing your house and providing maintenance, were extremely prompt and courteous when we had questions. We will definitely call you again when we return to Florida. Everyone really enjoyed Disney and wants to come back again. Thank you for making your great home available. Everything was just like you said it would be and I hope we left your home in the same great shape as when we arrived. Best Regards, Larry

  Scott , Tracey & family We all had a wonderful time at your villa. The house is beautiful. It was equipt with all the stuff we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool, games room & cinema room were all well enjoyed by all especially the kids. We are already talking about booking again next year.

  Everything was as promised! Home was immaculate. Kids loved the cinema room, pool, games room...everything was well used by the whole family. Just a fantastic place to stay...close to shopping 5 mins away and central location made driving to each coast possible. Less than 30 mins to any Orlando attraction. Sunshine and blue skies escape...the perfect name for the perfect vacation!!!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Patricia, My family and I just returned from a week in Florida. We enjoyed the home. It was clean and decorated perfectly. We were comfortable and really had fun in the pool area and game room. My husband and I wanted to take one last family trip with our college girl before they went off in the world and with your help we all had a great time. Thank you so much The Wiese family

  Hi Patricia, We had a great time while staying in your home. The house was everything you said it would be and more. I feel that I can speak for the other family when I say that all was well with the accommodations. We went there to relax and we did. We were lucky with the weather the week we stayed and got to enjoy the pool. The kids loved the water temp and the grownups enjoyed it also. Since we did not go to a lot of the amusement parks, we spent most evenings at the house playing in the games room or in the theater room (very nice and very good to have). The parents felt safe with leaving the kids to go for walks in the park on their own. Coming from the country ourselves, this is something that was very important to us and appreciated it. Becky came by when we got there to make sure all was alright and answered all our questions with no hesitation. I want to thank you for the house and making all the arrangement easy and stress free. We have rented several houses over the years and found talking with you and Becky a pleasure and very personal. I would have no problem recommending your house to a friend if this was the type of vacation they were looking for. Thanks again and take care. From the Niles and Stillman family

• End of an Era - Brilliant !!!

  This was our 4th visit to Orlando, the last one being 9 years ago when our family was much younger…. This time around was, realistically, our last family holiday and we were looking for something special to end the era with. We needed a large house, as there were 8 of us (family and friends) spanning 3 generations. It also had to be within a reasonable drive to the parks, attractions and shopping malls (sons and daughter are, we found out, shopaholics). We are so chuffed that we found your home as it gave us the complete flexibility we needed, lots of bedroom/bathroom combinations, games room, pool and even a cinema room (which was well used by the younger generation – long after we’d gone to bed). The house was immaculate on arrival and the pictures on the website just can’t do it justice. The whole rental experience was great - booking was easy (Mark and Patricia, the owners, were so helpful) and Becky, from the local management company, was easily contactable when required. Also, having the computer with internet access available was inspired – well used by all…. Last thing – if you want somewhere local to eat definitely pay a visit to Manny’s (carry on past Walmart and on your right). We discovered it a little late in the holiday, the food is absolutely superb, and the locals all eat there – so you know it’s good.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.
