There are two bedrooms on the lower level, each with a queen-size bed. The Master Suite has the private balcony, a king-size bed and master bath with jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower. Large outdoor paver patio with fire pit, charcoal grill and gasgrill overlooking the lake. A large, one-car garage can be used to store your personal watercraft.

Audrey and Ron were wonderful and made sure every detail was in place for our backyard wedding ceremony/reception at this home. The house is even larger in person than it appears in the pictures! The surrond sound thoughout the house was great for the wedding and it has a breathtaking view of the lake. The large upstairs master bedroom suite made a perfect honeymoon suite and the large bathroom made it very easy for everyne to get ready with plenty of space. the neighbors are friendly and made us feel like we were family! I would recommend this house to anyone coming to Put-In-Bay!!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We recently rented this house and LOVED it. My two boys (10 & 8) had a wonderful time on the island and mentioned how much they liked the house!! My husband and I had a really nice, relaxing vacation. Put-In-Bay can be a wild, party island but this house is nicely removed from the crowds. In fact, we loved just staying home occasionally and grilling outside. That isn't to say that there are also many good restaurants! What a beautiful location. The view from the back yard out over the water, along the lovely big, old trees, provided a nice setting just to sit and read or have dinner. The house is clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. We haven't rented houses on vacation before, but this experience has changed my thinking. We are all looking forward to returning to Put-In-Bay and renting this house again. The owners are wonderful people and make sure that all is right during our vacation. If you're a pilot, this is a dream location...just taxi right up to the house. But, once you've settled in you don't notice the occasional plane landing or taking off. Hop in your golf cart and tour the island!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

My family and I have stayed at several homes on the island and this home by far is the best! Ron and Audrey have paid such attention to detail. They are wonderful people and made our stay exceptional. The view in the living room area is so beautiful with the windows everywhere you can take in the water from every angle during the day and the lights at night. The living area was much more spacious than in the photos. The view from the Master Bedroom is very soothing at night. The indoor and outdoor furniture was inviting and comfortable. Loved the recliner!!!!! The area by the beach was so nice and my husband caught a fish out on the beach area as well! I would recommend this property to family oriented folks looking for a relaxing vacation away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. We found everything we needed at this home!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We have had the good fortune to travel around the world, locales in Europe, the Caribbean and every place in between. Most places we choose to rent homes and villas. This home on Put-in-Bay is one of the nicest in which we have stayed. The home is clean, spacious, quiet and has a great view of the water and a sandy beach a few steps away. I would recommend this home to all types of groups. We stayed with our family, which includes grand parents in their sixties down to our littlest one at age 3 1/2. . .everyone enjoyed!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
