  From the moment we inquired about this apartment until we left everything was just seamless. Jessica was very responsive and accommodating to our needs (allowing us to check in early) and we absolutely loved the apartment. The apartment was clean, great kitchen and bathroom facilities. We highly recommend this property!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  We had a great time in Santa Monica, the only drawback was some construction going on in the neighbor's unit. Otherwise, everything you could possible need for a comfortable, homey stay was available. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, supplies were well thought out. Shopping and restaurants were close by, walking distance. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

  This apartment is roomy, very clean and fresh (they use environmentally friendly products) and wonderfully located close to everything in Santa Monica and the nearby beach cities. Also great as a place to stay for business on the Westside of L.A. I strongly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a very good value, a comfortable and well supplied apartment. Total thumbs up!!

  This was my first time using the service. I was a little concerned but everything turned out perfect. The condo was in a great location in Santa Monica and I had no problem finding things. My son who lives in West Hollywood was an easy drive to visit. I found the condo had everything I needed and more. I would certainly rent this condo again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  The apartment was a perfect fit for our needs. Situated conveniently in a good Santa Monica neighborhood this one-bedroom was just a mile walk to the beach and even closer to the 3rd Street Promenade and very upscale mall as described. The unit was spotless and well maintained and the Welcome book for visitors provided very useful and accurate information on restaurants and quick phone number references for basic needs and problem solving. It was a big help to have access to a full kitchen, washer/dryer and free parking. My teenage son loved the new fold-out sofa bed...he is tall and said it was comfortable. The cable television in the living room was also a 'plus' for him. I enjoyed the relative quiet of the apartment complex and the neighborhood in general. Unless we drove into LA, we walked everywhere to restaurants (good variety), the grocery store, post office, shops, and the beach. We especially enjoyed the bike trail and Palisades Park access. We feel strongly that our impression of the area would have been less positive if we stayed in a hotel surrounded by vacationers and business people. Instead, we gained insight into Santa Monica through a more unique -- highly enjoyable and affordable -- lens.

  My husband and I recently stayed at this property in Santa Monica. I would highly recommend this apartment. Jessica was great to work with scheduling our week. The apartment is quiet and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable and the couch in the living room made a great bed (there are two couches). The closet also had boogie boards and beach chairs for our visit to the beach. Overall, we had a great experience.

  My husband and I stayed here with our children in February. Our kids, used to sharing a bunk bed in a closet sized NYC bedroom were thrilled to have an entire sofa bed apiece, and the presence of kitschy-cool framed posters and pint glasses emblazoned with The Onion's logo made me feel a kinship with the musician owners of this clean, attractively decorated property. Carrie, who manages the property, is fantastic! Everything was all ready and waiting for us. She even had the sofa beds pulled out, knowing the children would be tuckered out by our past-midnight arrival. If you stay here, and you should, know that you'll be right near Tacos Por Favor, an insanely delicious, humble-in-the-best-possible way Mexican restaurant/carryout and a very well stocked food coop. I'm a convert to the ceramic knives we found in the kitchen. The master bedroom's bed and bed covers ensure a good night's sleep. Insomniacs may hear a neighbor's alarm going off or the guy next door patiently, if fruitlessly trying to train his dog. If you're sensitive to every little sound, bring ear plugs. The shower head is one of the awesome big-as-a-sunflower kinds. My only sorrow is that I somehow failed to visit the super-good looking thrift store that shares this residential block. Thanks to Carrie and Jessica for a fantastic stay in Santa Monica!

  This place is simply wonderful, my friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. Location is very good, safe and quiet. I would recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Santa Monica or visiting LA as your going to feel at home here, moreover Jessica, the owner, is a very nice person to deal with. Really suggested!

  Spacious,cozy, and beautiful apartment in a lovely community.... Planning a trip? Talk about an excellent apartment, I would strongly recommend this apartment and paradise community. Relax in a spacious and cozy apartment that feels like home! I loved everything about this place, there is honestly not one bad thing that I can comment about this vacation rental. Please keep in mind when reading this review that we are one particular couple that is very selective when it comes to quality. This lovely apartment was fully furnished and beautifully landscaped. A sure recommendation to all. Enjoy close proximity to the beach. We toke daily strolls to 3rd street promenade and Santa Monica beach. Now, if your a little lazy, instead you can drive 5 minutes to everything. Talk about a wide variety for parks, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
