A fully furnished home away from home. Palm Spring has so much to enjoy including great restaurants, theaters, art galleries, casinos and a wide range of outdoor activities such as swimming, biking, hiking, tennis and golf! There is something here for everyone.
This two bedroom, two bathroom condo has been newly decorated with all new modern furniture that is very inviting. It has a 40” flat screen LCD TV with a DVD player and wireless internet.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed. The condo is fully furnished with linens, towels, kitchenware, pool rafts and floating tubes.
Housing association rules don't allow for rentals of less than 30 days and we prefer no children or pets.
There is library, grocery store, pharmacy and even a Starbucks two blocks away!
There is a wonderful view of the mountains and a clubhouse, barbeques and two heated pools and five tennis courts just steps from the front door! There are even two spas for a nice relaxing soak in the evenings. Truly a slice of heaven.

We really enjoyed our Nov. 2011 stay at Ramon Estados 2 bdrm, 2 bath condo. It was nicely decorated with fun bright colours, well equipped, close to the pool, a short walk to downtown Palm Springs. The owners left a nice welcome booklet with valuable ideas on their favourite restaurants, things to do etc. We loved Lulu's Restaurant in Palm Springs - get there before 5pm for their early bird special, their flourless chocolate cake was to die for. The Thurs night Street Fair market is worth going to, enjoyed the College of the Desert Market on Saturdays. We also visited Idyllwild for a fun day, nice drive up the mountain. We would highly recommend this condo for anyone interested in a fun getaway, very spacious - our best stay yet at Ramon Estados!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
