My name is Tony. I am the owner of this beautiful, vacation home in an area that is purely magic. This stunning, brand-new, family-owned villa is a home-away-from-home while enjoying your relaxing holiday right on Disney's door-step with easy access to Universal Studios and Sea World right up I-4. Let me tell you a bit the location and the house itself.
INDIAN CREEK - Indian Creek is a premier community situated just ten minutes away from downtown Disney and the attractions or three to four miles as the crow flies and only one to two miles from supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Any closer to Disney and you would have to buy tickets!
Not only is Indian Creek as near to Disney as possible - it is also a quiet and safe community. Only two other estates equally close. Everything else is further away and nobody wants to waste time in traffic when you can visit the parks and enjoy the attractions, right?
Our six-bedroom, four-bath, executive, family-owned villa is brand new. It has a top location in close proximity of Disney and all its attractions for a fun-filled holiday. No expenses have been spared to offer everything to make your vacation in our home a memorable one. We pride ourselves in covering every detail for your holiday. It is important that our unit meets your expectations.
The villa is fully air conditioned and heated. The floor area in the family/dining room has been upgraded with tiles to create a clean and hygienic environment. It is a very spacious home; the entire floor area is 2903 square feet.
The family room has a home entertainment center with a 32-inch TV, multi-channel cable, of course, PlayStation, and wireless Internet access by high-speed broadband.
The house sleeps up to 14 people and a baby.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Maytag appliances, all dishes and cutlery to cater to 14 people. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room which overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer (Maytag as well), iron and ironing board.
Our home has a 13-foot by 26-foot, heated pool with a heated spa to let you relax after a day of activities. The pool is fully enclosed in a screened porch overlooking "Lake Mickey," which is a favored spot for some of Florida's magnificent bird life. On the covered lanai you will find outdoors and lounge chairs and two tables to relax by the pool. A safety net is in place to keep small children safe. Access can be gained from either the family room, master bedroom, or the second master bedroom. The pool is regularly cleaned and serviced and if staying in the cooler season, arrangements can be made to have the pool heated.

- Extra Information, I moved into my house at the beginning of November 2003 and stayed for a while to check whether everything is ok or rather better than that! Also to get a feel for the house and the area, On my second morning having breakfast on the Covered Lanai, I heard a swishing noise and Two Cranes came to visit, They landed on the Strip of Grass outside the Pool Screen by the Pond, They were rather tame and not scared by the pool cleaner that went in and out, I got the impression they were waiting for breakfast, Maybe we should have fed them, They certainly were close enough, the House is located by a Pond, perching on a Nature Reserve

Sigrun, We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your house. Everything was just as described on your website right down to the visiting cranes. Disney was so close and easy to get to. We were a bit concerned about traffic, but it was never a problem. Also, after 10 hours at the park, the hot tub sure felt good before going to bed. The house was very roomy. There were 12 of us and we never felt crowded. We are telling everyone we know about Ziggy's Kingdom and hope to visit again soon. Thank you, Jeanne Metzger

From the Pugh's, All the families--- myself, my son and his wife as well as my daughter and her husband have become fans of Ziggy. You have furnished the house superbly. We used the folding bed, put the high chair together and used it. Kids used the DVD and the Play Station. Really nice job of thinking about the people who would rent your property. We would all be happy to serve as strong references if you so desire. I will contact you soon about using it again! This was our fifth rendezvous in Orlando and the my kids (age 40 and 37) said the place was by far the best we've found.
