Charming Character Filled Ocean View Summer Rental
This vacation rental was a really cool, interesting house, in a fantastic location! We had great views of the ocean from the main living area, master bedroom and all the amazing outdoor decks. The beach was a very short stroll along a private road, and it was great for any of the family to come and go so easily. After the beach, cleaning up in the outdoor shower was really nice and kept sand out of the house too. The house was clean and well maintained, and filled with character and charm, with great books, music, puzzles & art, and we loved this - especially with a rainy day in the week. Everyone was comfortable, and while the bedroom off the main living area did get a little warm, due to unusually hot sunny days and 3 walls of glass, we got the hang of the best way to cool things off & all slept well. The neighborhood was lovely, and quiet enough to hear the surf at night; a real treat adding to our enjoyment of being so close to the beach. We loved the location – close to the beach and to some of our favorite Cape eateries. We lunched at Nauset Farms & had dinner at BNI (our favorite), the Knack (great burgers) and other Orleans staples, such as Land Ho, plus amazing breakfasts at Hole in One. We visited other nearby towns and beaches, and we really had a great, relaxing vacation. We were so pleased that Kent allowed us to bring our low impact dog, and she was clearly very comfortable and at home. Kent was very efficient and responsive, plus helpful and patient with all my many questions, also providing a linen service for us that worked well - one less thing to pack! I would love to rent this house again in summer or any season; this house would be a great place to be any time of year. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Great Location
Great rental property with fantastic views of Nauset Beach. Very close to main beach and a quick trip into town for anything you may need. The house itself has plenty of space and is laid out smartly. It worked out very well for our group of five and I am sure it could hold more people with the number of bedrooms and pull-out couches. The house also has very nice outdoor space with a wrap around porch and upper decks for terrific views of the outer beach. All and all we had a great experience and would recommend the property highly. Justin- New Fairfield CT

Fab place
Organizing a place to stay for a large group can often be difficult however this was not the case here. Kent and Nicole were always available and responsive through email to answer any concerns or questions I had. It was my first time travelling to Cape Cod so I particularly liked how they sent information about things to do and places to visit around town. The house itself was beautiful and very well equipped with all that we needed. Some of the rooms are pretty cool and we made full use of the kitchen and huge dining area. My favorite part about the house is how close it is to the beach. You can see it from the upper deck - which I will add is another perk! We didn't get the best of weather when we travelled down but we imagined how great the deck would be with a little sun. The poor weather meant we had to stay inside quite a bit, but none of us were bothered by that considering the house had plenty of board games, a piano and a TV to keep us entertained. I would happily book this place again!

Incredible stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at the house!. The house/location are absolutely lovely. It's a very short walk to an incredible beach, which itself receives very little traffic from other tourists. The house has many games and a great music system, which makes for a fun stay on a rainy cape cod day. Kent (the owner) was also a joy to work with. I'd highly recommend the property to anyone looking for a nice time in the Cape!!
