Your well appointed accommodations are located in Kingswood Village, just off highway 267 in King's Beach, California.
This large, stylish condo townhouse is the perfect Tahoe mountain retreat with 1566 sq. feet, three levels, open beam knotty pine ceilings, redwood walls, and two decks overlooking the common grounds. It is perfect for a full range of guests: from small intimate gatherings, to large families or groups of friends.
There's room for everyone in this spacious, comfortable and affordable townhouse. This fully remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom plus loft mountain home sleeps as many as fourteen and features three stories, a fully equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen, travertine-tiled bathrooms, flat panel TV and all new furniture. Free WiFi is also available for your use to stay connected to the outside world.
The first floor has two big bedrooms, a rear bedroom with a private deck, king bed and love seat/single sleeper pullout. The second bedroom is the bunk room, with a twin over twin bunk and a twin over full bunk. There’s a double bath with tub/shower and toilet separated from the vanity area, so big groups can share the bathroom and still have privacy. The laundry area is also on this floor with a full size washer/dryer
The second level has one bedroom with a king bed, full bath, full kitchen and cozy family room with some movies and family games. Family room has ample seating and a relaxing and the warm ambiance of a wood burning stove
The loft has a twin bed, another twin over full bunk bed, bookshelf and chair for a private reading area.
Kingswood Village is well maintained with a swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, horseshoes, ping pong and a children's wading pool. It's ideally situated near the lake (1 mile away), shopping, fine dining, and state line casinos are only a short drive away. At your doorstep are countless activities including: hiking, golf, kayaking, beach activities and more; all of which are within walking distance.
Visit Truckee, Reno, Tahoe City, South Lake Tahoe – all within an easy drive. Shop for groceries at the close-by Safeway that’s open 24/7 (Starbucks in store). Wonderful restaurants and cafes are a short drive away, or stay home and grill on the deck.

Guests can choose to pay a fully refundable (if no damage) $500 security deposit or to pay a $49 non-refundable property damage protection insurance, which would be added to your reservation in lieu of the refundable security deposit.

This townhouse provided us an excellent experience. The property was beautifully remodeled, very clean and well maintained. Tasteful colors and comfortable beds too. We are gourmet cooks and were delighted to find the quality pans, utensils and provisions of spices, herbs and sugar. The property looks out onto a green area and we enjoyed sitting on the deck. The owners were prompt in their responses (even after we vacated the property and realized we had forgotten something)! We would definitely recommend this property to friends. It is easy to find and convenient for enjoying the Tahoe area.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

I came to Tahoe with a group of 8 (4 couples) for a long weekend. This place was perfect for what we were looking for. It had enough private and bed space for each couple. This place would also be great for bigger parties, as there are plenty of beds to go around. I would definitely rent from B.L in the future. I would highly recommend renting this place.

My wife, daughter, and I took a very much needed vacation at this wonderful place. I CAN'T RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH!! We all had a great time and the place is beautiful..... It's the perfect getaway in an absolutely great location. The owners are incredibly nice people and very accomodating, the location is central to all of Kings Beach and the Greater Tahoe Area, the decor is in perfect taste (it strikes a great balance between very "Tahoe-esqe" but not over the top at all), and the neighbors were all really nice. As for price, we've stayed in A LOT of places in Tahoe over the years.... This place, hands down, is the best bang for your buck!! Enjoy.

I stayed here as a member of the winter 2011 ski lease and everything went smoothly. The pictures are accurate, everything works. The place is very easy to drive to and there is ample parking. The house is clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The owner is organized, professional, and an awesome dude. Couldn't ask for more.

I have stayed in this rental several times this winter and love it. Everything is "As Advertised" and the pictures are accurate. All the kitchen and bathroom amenities are modern and new and everything works! Wifi is free and there is a large TV and DVD player in the living room for those late nights (Granted you can't stay up too late as the loft is right above you). AT&T phone service is solid and I have had no problems with making calls. Parking is right next to the unit and there is lots of it. The owners are always available by phone and are very responsive to any questions you have. The place is clean and well maintained the kitchen well stocked with everything you would need (of course you should bring your own food). I would recommend this place to all my friends and my family.
