  Waht else can be said about this condo? I agree with all previous comments. Great views, location, and owner. Bill was fantastic to work with and extremely helpful. I would venture to say this condo is one of the nicest condos in the resort. We didnt see all of them of coarse but the ones we did get a chance to see were not finished nearly as nice and stocked with fewer ammenities. The free use of the chairs, towels, and snorkel gear was a very nice added touch. I thoroughly enjoyed snorling with 6-14 turtles each day, Spotted eagle rays, Stingrays, and even a lone barracuda. SO cool. We had a negative experience renting from an owner on VRBO in February in St. Maarten, and I was a little aprehensive. This condo restored my faith and if anything set the bar higher. Look for Bills List on Tripadvisor to get an idea of how this owner takes pride in his condo and how helpful he is. thanks again Bill

  My family truly enjoyed this beach condo. The quality of the unit is wonderful. The views are amazing. The owner goes above and beyond in trying to make you feel welcome, emailing you information about the unit, and the area prior to your vacation ( a big plus for a newbie). The management company did everything we asked them to, and even went a little above expectations. All in all, it's a great place to stay, and I would go there again. That, in and of itself says a lot. Thank you Bill, for all of your help.

  The owner: He’s great to work with and stayed in contact with us right up until we arrived. He prepared us for everything that we would have to deal with upon arrival. Detailed directions to the condo, tips on how to check-in and even gave us a quick rundown of what the condo was stocked with and what we might want to consider buying for ourselves. We’ve rented condos before for family vacations and this was by far one of our best experiences with an owner. The condo: Located in Building A which is closest to the swimming part of the beach. This is a real plus and after you arrive you’ll see the other buildings and know what I’m talking about. The Management office is right below so it’s a quick trip down the stairs to talk to them, get beach towels (free to you) and snorkel equipment (also free). Parking near the condo is plentiful. All the furniture in the condo is in very good shape and did not seem dated to us unlike others we saw on VRBO. Appliances are all in working order and also fairly new. We also liked the two stories as there was a retreat for mom and dad upstairs while kids slept downstairs. A/C is there too if you need it. View from two balconies is fabulous! Location is ideal as it is very close to Red Hook (restaurants, markets, shopping, marina and ferries) I can’t say enough good things about the owner and his condo. He takes a lot of personal pride in making sure you have the best time possible in the USVI. There are other condo options on St. Thomas. In our opinion, no others have the combination of such a large remodeled unit, proximity to activities and located on what is arguably the best beach on the island. Thank you Bill for everything!

  We were 5 ladies who were booked to sail the BVI's and since we lived near both coasts in Canada & the US, we elected to spend some time (4 days) getting reacquainted and your condo fit the 'bill'. It was exactly as described on this site and we were very comfortable. We appreciated the information booklet you provided via Trip Advisor. Your willingness to answer our questions via email & phone calls went above & beyond our expectations - thank you! We knew that if we had any problems we could phone you / inform the staff at the front desk. We needed kitchen linen and had no problem getting it. The view from the 4th floor was stunning. We have some photos that we would like to share, but see that there's no provision to do so on this site. We'll post them via TA. We concur with a previous post about the sofa bed on the 3rd floor being uncomfortable for adults ..... one person slept on the sofa bed in the bedroom for 2 nights and said it was comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony .... it was a perfect way to wind down. The condo was self contained .. it had everything we needed. We did not miss a dish washer or dining table & chairs. We liked being in the A building because it was close to the taxi stand and the office. Observations regarding the 'resort': it definitely needs an injection of energy .... when we got out of the taxi, the first thing we saw were rows of air conditioners. Further down there were buildings that had shrubs & trees hiding them from view. The office staff were not very personable / welcoming .... not sure why but this behavior did not meet our 'resort' expectations - that being said, it did not stop us from having a good time. Thanks Bill, we would definitely rent from you again :)

  We stayed in Beautiful Bill's condo a few days before my wedding and it was beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nicely remodeled and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings with a cocktail. My parents-in-law stayed in top floor and said the bed was comfortable. My (now) husband and I took the pull-out couch. This is my one and only complaint: the couch bed was pretty uncomfortable. My parents and sisters had a condo two buildings down and they said their plumbing was horrible. So I think we got the better place. Other than that, the condo was great. Sapphire beach is beautiful and we all did some great snorkeling. It would have been nice if the pool bar/restaurant was open. We never visited the burger shack, but it smelled great. The location near Cruz Bay was awesome. So easy to drive down for dinner or to catch the ferry to St. John (where the wedding took place). All in all, I'd totally recommend Beautiful Bill's condo. And if we get the chance to come back, we'd likely stay there again.

  Once again we had a a wonderful stay at Sapphire Beach, the only thing missing was the restaurant and beach bar! The unit was in excellent conditions and the newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms were a big plus! My only complain about the kitchen was it was missing a dishwasher and a dinning table. The large outside patio table was rusted and it rained several evenings we were there. The unit did have bar stools at the kitchen counter but they were not easy to sit on to eat. The unit was very clean and well maintained and any problems we did have were taken care of in a timely manner. I would recommend this untie to my family and friends!

  Owner response: So glad to learn that you enjoyed your stay in our condo. The patio table was purchsed a year ago, but we are learning and now realize that you need to buy a rust proof table. We will do so as soon as we can. We hope you come back again and again as you were a pleasure to work with.

  Everything was great. Condo worked out really well for our family. It is nicely updated and on the perfect location. Island is small enough that we were able to use it as our base camp for day trips but also enjoy beautiful beach. Also, proximity to Red Hook, grocery store, and dinning options was another plus. Thanks again and we will recommend your property to our friends.
