Each Villa is set on its own 5000 square metre plot complete with a private swimming pool.
Our villa is close enough to the sea for you to enjoy the soothing sound of the waves breaking on the shore, allowing your mind to drift away while lying on a hammock under the shade of a coconut tree.
The properties are designed to provide you with maximum comfort. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathrooms.

we had a wonderful time at this house in Maracajau. the house is stunning and decorated with taste. the swimming pool is nice and the house is just meters from a beautiful beach. Our kids loved it and we enjoyed it very much. The staff was fantastic, the cleaning lady kept the house impeccable at all times and the cook made wonderful dishes for us and the kids, from breakfast to dinner. Ideal place to relax from a hectic lifestyle.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Adorável temporada em Maracajau !! Passámos 6 dias fantásticos numa casa muito charmosa e super confortável, "pés-na-areia" numa praia deliciosa com mar transparente e águas quentes. Fomos recebidos calorosamente por funcionários locais que nos trataram maravilhosamente bem nos encantando com a sua deliciosa culinária local, muitos peixes, camarões e lagostas !!! Verdadeiramente um paraíso !!!! We spent 6 days in a fantastic house, very charming and confortable !! The pictures you can see in the site are really acurate. The outdoor living area is wonderfull ! The beach is very close and the water is transparent and warm. Just wake up early and go for a walk along this endless beach and listen to "paradise is here" (Tina Turner) !!!! The staff is very kind and we recommend the "cook" with fantastic fresh fish, shrimps and lobsters delivered to the property by "quad" from the village !!! A really paradise !!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Recently, we (7 adults; 4 Brazilians, 3 USA) spent a week at this wonderful, beautiful villa. It was "Shangri-La" for us and so tranquil and enjoyable. The property exceeded the pictures that were posted on VRBO. The staff was exceedingly kind, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We were particularly impressed that the owner called from Portugal on several occasions to ascertain that the villa and staff met our expectations and needs. We enjoyed the private walk on the beach; swimming in the ocean and the private pool; the walk to the local village; dune buggy ride; horse-back riding, etc.: It was an adult Disney World. Thank you for sharing your paradise with us and for such a memorable week. Everyone stated on numerous occasions that they would return to your villa in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We spent 30 days in Maracajau in a family trip and everyone had a great time. This house is a hidden treasure! It is like staying at a five star hotel but in a very quiet, private and native spot. People are friendly, staff and owner are simply lovely. Maracajau is close from Natal, from São Miguel do Gostoso and has several activities in the surrounding areas, if you plan to move. The Manoa Park is an excellent option for 1 day with the kids at a water park. The diving is very known (I did not go, but is famous). Renting a buggy is a good option to go around the beaches and dunas. Horse riding at sunset is a must do! And for those that are more adventurous the Tao Paradise is a breath taking place runned by an Italian couple.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children.

It´s a wonderful house and the employees make sure you feel in paradise. The beach just in front of the house has warm and calm waters. A perfect place to relax. Maracajau is a small and charming village wth a lot of dayligth entertainment. It´s definitely a dream coming true.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

About the owner: Worldwide traveler, have lived in Europe, US and now in Brazil. Have had a business in textiles for many years,with offices in New York, Portugal, Brazil and Peru, now I have retired by the company continues and is run by my family. I love life, family and friends, love nature and animals, own a labrador, the sweetest and kindest dog. Kids love him.
Why the Owner Chose Natal:
Believe it or not..besides falling in love with the land, a coconut grove in front of a beach, .I was taking a vacation in Natal when 9/11 happened and I was still liviing in New York at that time, I thought the world would go crasy (I was right) and that this would be the perfect place to live
in peace with very little, if needed. Also, Brazil is blessed, no hurricanes, no earthquakes, no tornadoes. beautiful warm beaches, why not? So I bought this beautiful area of 97.000 sq meters, made the infrastructure for a luxury condo, divided the land into 16 plots of 5.000 sq meters each. Very private, very beautiful.
Plots were sold to 9 different nationalities, all from Europe and US, 8 houses are complete, balance will be finished by end 2012.
