Emerald Bay has recently replaced their roof with clay tiles, painted the exterior, added lighting and updated both pools, spas and patios. These updates as well as the new security gate have enhanced the overall appearance immensely. This condo is a 2 bedroom with master suite, bath and walk in closet. Second bedroom with bath across the hall. Both are equipped with TV and Cable. Dining room with high top table which seats 6, Fully equipped kitchen, bright and clean. The living room has modern, comfortable furniture which was replaced last year. The lanai faces the pool, jacuzzi, and one of 2 clubhouses. It's approximately 100 ft away however, still private due to great landscaping features. Several beaches within 2 miles,

We are located west of Rt 41, which puts us in the middle of the beauty, fine dining and several gorgeous beaches within 2 miles. It truly is a gem. Also because of the 3 month rental requirement, there are many people who have rented for years, have friends. It truly is a welcoming community you will want to return to over and over.
