Set directly on the Gulf, this spacious third-floor condo has everything you need for a dream vacation to Vanderbilt Beach - including a screened porch! Bring your favorite bathing suit along, as the shared pool will give you unlimited areas to lounge. All of the comforts of home and more await inside, with attention given to every comfy detail. A private washer/dryer is included to help you keep your beach towels and swimsuits ready to go. The well-equipped kitchen, equipped with full-size appliances and a casual breakfast bar, is there to assist in whipping up tasty recipes for the whole gang!

Important Notice:
This unit requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to us within 3 days of booking. The reservation is contingent on HOA approval.
Pets are not allowed per HOA rules. Additional documentation and advance notification (within 24 hours of booking) is required by the HOA for Service Animals. Please see the confirmation email for details

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

AMAZING Family Vacation!

We loved everything about our stay! The home and view was outstanding. The activities and restaurants around the area were fantastic. We got to rest and get out and about. When just hanging out we cooked and ordered uber eats. This place was wonderful and I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking to go to southwest Florida and stay right on the water!

Location is great . Ocean view is spectacular. Needs some more renovations. Clean. Bikes would be nice. This small condo complex still has construction work going on for a month or two .

This condo is in the perfect location. You are steps from the beach. It is right in the middle between the two public beaches, so there is plenty of room to spread out. The weather was a little cool, but the pool was exceptionally warm. The pickleball across the street was a huge bonus as well. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this is it!

We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint that I have is that the front entrance door is not wheelchair accessible. We had to go through a garage where there was a ramp but had to maneuver around a car parked there when the door was opened. Most of the time we had to go around the building to the back entrance that leads to the beach.

Upon arrival, I found a dirty condo and a drained swimming pool. The property is beautiful on the gulf coast, but it was not as the listing described.

Heel fijn!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad met overwegend prima weer. De condo is wel erg gedateerd qua inrichting. De afwasmachine is erg oud en de droger roestig. De wasmachine en droger waren ook vuil aan de buitenkant. Verder erg veel last van kleine miertjes, we moesten voorzichtig zijn en alles goed in afsluitbare bakjes en zakjes opbergen. Maar alles went. Het was erg fijn om bovenop het strand te zitten, en strandstoelen uit de cabana te kunnen pakken.
