  Look no more. Ben and Mary's place truly provides all the creature comforts right down to the smallest detail. Beautifully decorated and furnished, and immaculately clean. You'll feel like you are right at home. Was great to have a DVR so we could enjoy March Madness to the fullest without missing any golf. And did I mention that the location is perfect too? Everything you could want within a few minutes drive. And so quite you might oversleep your tee time! Keep looking if you like, but you won't find a better place!

  The unit was everything Mary and Ben advertised and more!! It is in a great safe neighborhood that is really quiet and convenient to shopping and of course, golf! The furnishings were all top notch and updated with lovely design. It feels like your own home, and we will definitely be coming to stay there again very soon. Mary and Ben were very accessible and easy to work with. I can't say enough nice things about them and the way they treat their guests.

  This is our first time staying in Coldstream Cove, but as long as Mary & Ben continue to provide this outstanding location, it certainly won't be our last! I had contacted Mary and Ben earlier in the Month of December while planning a last minute Christmas vacation to visit my brother. From the moment I began working with Mary she was a total delight. Once we arrived at the property I realized that this was going to be a great stay. Honestly, the pictures on here do not do justice to the home! Everything you could ever want in a home away from home is provided! Easy access to the market, gas stations, restaurants and the highways too! Thank you Mary and Ben, we will definitely be staying at your home again!! Thank you for helping us have a Christmas we'll never forget!

  We wanted to let everyone know what a great townhouse. This was first time we have every did a VRBO booking and what I great place did we find. This Coldstream Cove allotment was in nice area and it's wasn't to far from places to visit. Mary was super host and it was pleasure to find such a nice owner. She was availbable with e-mail and text and she replied back very quickly. The furnishing a top notch. My sons loved the loft area. The beds were really comfortable with quality sheets. The lock system with number code is great idea and makes you feel safer in area that others just didn't copy a key. They have nice state park within 10 minute drive and she gives you park pass. We saw a starfish that day right on shore. The grocery store, gas station and other stores just down road 2 to 3 minutes; You are off main room in nice are by TPC golf course. This was wonderfule and love to do it again. Thanks again Mary.

  The best vacation ever! We had never been to Murrells Inlet before. This year we stayed at Ben and Mary's house in Murrells Inlet. The house was great. Only 2 houses from the huge pool, House was very clean and all the beds were so comfortable. Everything we needed was right there.Nice quiet area. So much to do. We are planning our vacation for next now and I will be contacting Mary to get this house again. Thank so much for having us and allowing us to stay in your house.

  The pictures don't do this place justice! We had a great time... the place has a year long pass to Huntington Beach State Park (a savings of $20 a day if you have a family) which is by far the nicest beach in the region. It is about a 15 minute drive but it is worth it --- we saw sea turtles, dolphins, alligators, starfish, and caught fish and a shark fishing from the pier. And the beach is pristine without a single hotel. The condo is also walking distance to the swimming pool which is large and well maintained. The place is clean and has everything you need. I've rented a couple of condos through VBRO and this is the first one I've been inspired to review. We would definitely come back again.

  Traveling with small children (ages 2 & 5) can be difficult, however, staying at this Coldstream Cove townhome was super EASY! The property is lovely in every way; from the cleanliness and beutiful furnishings to the supply of beach toys, chairs, and towels that the owners supply for you..EASY! The kitchen is stocked with all of the equipment you need for a four-course dinner or just for making sandwiches for the beach,,EASY! The location of the townhouse is perfect-it is close enough to all of the atractions of Myrtle Beach, yet far enough away to have a peaceful, relaxing, non-tourist like vacation..EASY! It is hard to pick the best thing about the property-there are so many. Like accessibility to the TPC golf course, closeness to the amazing Brookgreen Gardens, the quaint neighborhood. It is convenient to the grocery store, drug store, and gas station (all must haves when tragveling), the ammenities in the townhouse itself, steps to the big, clean beautiful pool, location to mini-golf and the marina, and of course, dealing with the owner, Mary. She is just a kind and lovely woman. Everything was just so EASY! If I had to choose the best thing about this vacation property it would definetly be the beach pass to Huntington Beach State Park. This ammenity alone saved our family money (beach & parking fees). The Park itself was incredible. Here, we swam, scouted for alligators and we even saw dolphins. Then when our adventures were over, we went home to "Our Vacation Home," as my son calls it - at Coldstream Cove. This really did feel like "home" to us. When we return to South Carolina, we are surely going to stay at "Our Vacation Home." Thank you, Mary and Ben for a wonderful place to call home for two glorious weeks of sun, sand and surf. Yes, I would highly recommend this property.

  Like all the other reviews stated this place is the place to go look no further absolutely spotless and everything you need even some beach chairs,cooler 3 coffee machines with coffee nice assortment of glassware ,and even cruzer bike.Livingroom even had a DVR, beds in all rooms were some of the most comfortable ever slept in,steps from the pool which was a major selling point, but the overall best point was dealing with Mary the owner which checked in to make sure everything was ok. Wouldn't hesitate from returning just next time for 2 weeks or more

  From the moment we reserved this beautiful townhome for our beach vacation we were greeted with friendly and helpful information from the owners! Our stay was great, thank you for including the park pass to the local park, we used it daily for beach time. Also, the town house was fully equipped with kitchenware, and household goods that came in handy. We visited the Murrell's Inlet Marsh walk twice, took in the local fireworks over the water, and really enjoyed some local Italian food (which really surprised us - it was like we were in NYC in Little Italy). The screened in porch with the BBQ was also a nice place to hang out early in the am reading a good book and at dusk (thank you for the ceiling fan)! You are guaranteed a lovely vacation if you rent here. PS: Make sure to visit Brookside Gardens while you are in town (regardless of a hot day) you will be enjoy the beautiful art collection, gardens, and sculptures.

  We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home! Mary was wonderful to deal with and their home is so beautifully furnished and stocked with all the amenities of home and then some. It’s immaculate and spacious. The location is close to many public beaches and the pass to the State Parks was wonderful. We were so happy to find this place that I'm contacting Mary now to book our next stay! There is nothing more we could ask for from this home and we are tremendously grateful for the opportunity to call this place home for the week of our stay. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation! My only complaint is that we had to leave. :-(
