  I have rented many times from VRBO and never realized how much an owner can make a difference in your stay. Of course the unit was wonderful. Clean and comfortable. Summerhouse is great for familes. Great pools and beach access. Great location to get everywhere avoiding traffic. But the owners attention to our needs and happiness made it one of our best stays at the beach ever! I am booking my spring break trip for next year in this same unit!

  I brought 4 girls to stay at PCB last week and we had a blast. I absolutely loved the owner's and they were so helpful. Their unit is nicely furnished, the kitchen is huge, the beds very comfortable (even the sleeper sofa). The beach chairs were a wonderful addition and extremely comfortable. We were so happy that we did not have to lug our own chairs & umbrella to beach everyday. I also cannot say enough about the view from their unit, it's breathtaking! I would definitely recommend their unit & cannot wait to bring my whole family to stay again soon.

  We really enjoyed our visit here last week! The condo was very nice and clean with a beautiful view! The owner was extremely helpful with answering questions we had and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazingly nice as well and very friendly and inviting!

  We had an amazing time at the beach this year. One reason is because we stayed in a great condo! This condo is super nice and clean. The owners are so nice and helpful. They told us good restaurants to go to and things to do with our little one. The pools were nice to have so just in case our daughter didn't like the beach, we still had the pools to hang out at. We will definitely be back and stay here again!

  We enjoyed our stay over the Labor Day weekend. The condo was great! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked - we couldn't have asked for more. The owner was a pleasure to work with and was very prompt and helpful. The view was awesome! We would highly recommend this condo and can't wait to make a return trip.

  We had a great time. I loved the colors/decor. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen of any place I've ever stayed. Beds/furniture was comfortable. It felt very cozy. Told my husband I felt like I was @ our home away from home. Hope we can go again soon.

  We enjoyed the stay at the condo. the kids enjoyed the heated pool especially. The view is excellent! thanks so much.The beds were very comfortable too!!!! We hope to stay again!

  this condo is wonderful. The owner is so accomodating and such a pleasure to deal with. The views are great, it is wonderfully decorated! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.....Great place!!! Great location!

  We really enjoyed our week using the condo. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The children loved that one of the pools were heated, so they could enjoy the sunshine. My husband and I loved just sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. We are looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you for all your help.

  Beautiful condo, beautiful view, employees were wonderful. Perfect place. The beds were amazing. Very very peaceful atmosphere. Very hard to leave. We have found our vacation spot :)
