Oceanfront home with 3 bedrooms and two baths. Updated furnishings. 1 queen bed in downstairs master bedroom. 4 single beds in upstairs bedrooms with 2 cots. Futon in loft area sleeps 2 small children or 1 adult. 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room. Linens and towels not included. No smoking and no pets please. Parking for 3- 4 cars.                     First visit to South Bethany Beach to celebrate October birthday, what a wonderful time. Very comfortable oceanfront home. Very mild weather for the end of October; spent days on the beach napping, shell seeking, kite flying and walking. Water too chilly for any more than just toes. Decks perfect for coffee and sunrise, dolphin watching and star gazing at night. Sunset dinner at Fager's Island a must do. Lucked out with a perfect clear sky for the sunset, mild enough to sit outside. Beach access right in the back yard perfect. Would like to return again with entire family.

                    Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
