Our vacation home is newly renovated. The beautiful master bedroom features a california king bed with a full private bath. On the opposite end of the house, the elegant second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full size beds suitable for children. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen televisions with cable as well as plenty of storage.
Approximately over 30 fun games to choose from and many beach books for a good read as you lay on the soft white clean beach.
Beautiful kitchen is fit for all your cooking skills. Pots and pans to gorgeous place settings right down to the cocktail glasses and plenty of utensils including a gourmet knife set. A breakfast bar and a huge dinning table that seats 6. Lots of wine and margarita glasses for a fun time!
Enjoy a spacious front porch that seats 8 (not including the steps) to lounge around and enjoy the precious quaint neighborhood. Enjoy the beautiful swing that has been handed down in the family to while away the hours of relaxation and rest.
Just steps directly across the street is the pool for you to splash around and make new friends or few more steps to the most beautiful beach and white sand anywhere! Gorgeous sunsets and crystal clear water for you and your family to make memories of a life time!
Also enjoy a spacious back deck among beautiful land scape with a huge gas grill for you to cook your favorite dishes. Relax and while away the hours as you rest under the shade with ample seating for your well deserved vacation with your loved ones, family and friends.
Also for you to enjoy are 2 bicycles to get a little exercise as well as enjoy a pleasant ride around the quiet neighborhood and listen to the ocean waves.
Very close by are outstanding award winning restaraunts which specialize in all quizines such as seafood, mexican, italian, chinese, japanese etc... Also, many great shops such as Bass Pro, Destin Commons Mall , Fresh Market, Publix and many more.

My husband & I have stayed in the same pet-friendly home every year now for over 5 years so when that house was unavailable this year we didn't think we would be able to find a home we loved where our pets could stay as well. But this home absolutely wowed us from the minute we got there!! The home is extremely warm and inviting and there was plenty of room for a family to stay although it was only my husband, myself & our two pooches. From the kitchen to the front porch to the golf cart, there isn't one thing I would change about it! I slept very well on the mattress in the master bedroom and one of my best memories is the soothing nightlights they had in each of the bathrooms. It was such a simple little detail but we immediately bought nightlights for our home when we returned to remind us of our trip. Needless to say, we now have a new home we will be staying at for all our future stays in Destin. We look forward to going back for many, many years to come!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The house was as described and it was very clean and cozy. It was perfect especially since we were able to bring our dog with us. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children. The beach is within walking distance, but driving was more convenient for us. The location is only a couple miles from the harbor and the outlets.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children.

I am surprised there have been no other reviews for this property. We stayed last week and had a great time. The Destin beaches are beautiful and this was our 2nd visit to the area. It is a cute cottage house, my favorite feature probably being the front porch! I spent a lot of time enjoying the porch swing. The photos reflected are accurate. The back deck is spacious and there is a grill. The kitchen is stocked and ready for cooking – all you need is to stock the fridge. The golf cart was VERY convenient for traveling to the beach. The beach is close, but I think the walk would be too far lugging your umbrella, chairs, ice chest, etc. My only suggestions would be: Please add some hangers to the closets. They are very inexpensive and I meant to pick some up for our use and future guests. When traveling for more than a couple days, I like to unpack and some things need hanging. The internet is broadband and your device needs to be adaptable to the cable. I could not use my tablet/Ipad. Granted we are on vacation, but some things still need to be handled. We purchased a wireless router for $30 and that fixed the issue. For only $30, it would be nice if the house was already wireless. The bed in the Master is on the firm side. Our family friend said her bed was great and I heard no complaints from the kids. We chose the cottage for the location, value and because it was pet friendly. We generally don’t travel with our dog. I was a bit concerned that the house was “pet friendly”. I can usually walk into a home and tell if they have pets. The house does not smell like pets and I did not notice any issue with dog hair, etc. The owners were pleasant, accommodating and I would recommend the cottage!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
