Situated on the spectacular Island of Fort Morgan, this spacious, three bedroom duplex, offers the ultimate essence of island living. Here on this secluded peninsula at the West end of Gulf Shores you will find un-spoiled, un-commercial, un-complicated, un-crowded and un-forgettable vacation experiences.

This home will sleep 8.
· Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath
· 2nd Bedroom - Queen bed
· 3rd Bedroom - Twin over full bunk bed - Twin bed

The area features gorgeous and beautifully maintained spacious lawns, exotic plants and flowers and of course, lots of palm trees. Our private beach is over 10 miles with the most beautiful white sand you will ever have between your toes.
Inside the home is extremely comfortable and features all modern amenities including wireless internet. All furniture throughout the home is in superb condition.

Daily living is of course always outside where you can search for shells in the sand of the Gulf of Mexico or take long walks or watch the children play in the pool while you enjoy the hot tub. Within easy walking distance is the Gulf Shores Marina. There are numerous culturally interesting excursions available. They offer charter fishing trips, kayak, pontoon, and Jet Ski rentals. They also have a restaurant that will be glad to cook what you catch or serve you some great local seafood.

This home is pet friendly, small dogs only. Limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull This does not allow pets other than dogs. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
- 35 lbs or less. Please contact us directly if pet is over the weight requirement.
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the condo.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
If you would like to board your pet, we recommend SeaPaws Dog Resort in Gulf Shores,
$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at Dolphy Dunes East in late January to March 7.... There was lots of living space ....three bedrooms and two bathrooms..nice size kitchen and comfortable furniture...pool next door and walking distance to the beach and we have it reserved again next year. One thing, the kitchen really could use some better pots and pans however. Also, this year we had no outside lighting on our deck. Made it somewhat difficult when coming home in the dark. Otherwise very nice place to stay.

Family Vacation

This property was exactly as listed! Right next to the pool and hot tub and 1 minute to the beach which by the way was pristine! If we wanted to be tourists we could drive to Gulf Shores and have everything at our fingertips. Our trip was about gathering and building memories and boy did we!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Sunset properties is a joke. Started off they listed a property they hadn’t managed in 1.5 years that I reserved just to get refunded money a month later with no explanation to why. Will not respond to messages via Vrbo. Unit was not ready on time, blood drops leading up the steps all the way to a smudge of blood on master bath door, stained comforter, stained living room furniture, trash in dresser drawers, bunk beds not made (“for sanitary reasons”), 1 toilet paper roll per bath for the 7 day stay, little cheap bars of soap, 1 trash bag for entire stay, no dish soap, (they only supply a “starter kit”) no beach stuff, AC drain dumps out onto the front steps, all around not clean, sand all over the floor. Location was great. Close to beach. Pool was nice. King and queen beds were comfortable, kids bed were ok. Paid $4k for this was in my opinion way over priced. Had no choice really since rest of our family booked a house next to our original reservation.

Grandchildren May Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great, but short trip (5 days) with grandchildren! Big plus - "home allowed dogs" - who are also our "pet-children." Home was nice, clean & right next door to home owners' shared pool (pool okay, not great). Was a short walk to beach & the offered "optional/additional cost" beach rental 'tent & 4 chairs' set-up was great & eliminated lugging items back & forth to beach. Only downside or rental (which we were well aware of when we rented) was the distance down Fort Morgan Road (almost to where ended at the Fort & ferry launch), & driving time to restaurants, shopping, Gulf Shores, etc. We will definitely consider renting the home again because of reasonable cost & since it is 1 of few places where you can bring pets & they are allowed on the beach, but grandchildren will probably want something closer to activities.
