The apartment has an open and bright layout. On your days off, spend the day at the beach where a cabana attendant will provide you with Lounge chairs, Umbrellas, and Beach towels at no charge. The Apartment is perfectly situated. It's quiet and relaxing while still being in the San Juan area. It's a steps to the beach. Near shops and major hotels and casinos. There is a coffee shop within 2 blocks. We are both involved in the hospitality business for over 20 years. Every amenity has been thought of and guest support is available 24/7/365. We also support the local non profit organization 'Condado Strays' and to date have had over 200 cats and dogs adopted.
