  Great service and hospitality by the owner. She gave us soon as we arrived the feeling of beeing home. Good advices where to go and where to eat. Always doing the best for his guests.The apartment is very comfortable, clean and enough space for the six of us. There are two big rooms with three double-beds and the bathroom has two entrances so that each room has its own door to the bathroom. Everthing you need for daily living is available.The location is perfect in the middle of Rome. From this apartment everything can be visited by walking around. Great restaurants and shops (for daily bread etc) in the direct enviroment. We cannot say that there were things that we liked least. What we most liked was living in the centre of Rome for a good price and great hospitality.

  This apartment was nicely decorated, super clean and had three very comfortable double beds divided in two bedrooms for our family of five. The apartment is located in a very convenient area in Rome with bakery, grocery, other stores and restaurants nearby.The owner , Elina, could not have been more helpful. Her suggestions for places to eat were excellent and, yes, that included the best pizza in town! The kitchen and bathroom had absolutely everything we needed for our short stay and the washer was an added bonus. Campo de’ Fiori open air market is an amazing square to visit. We stayed in this apt recently and were absolutely satisfied. We would definitely stay here again!

  We arrived to this two bedroom apartment at night time and were received by the very friendly and helpful caretaker of the apartment building. The apartment is as the pictures show and is very central to everything in Rome. We had a 4 and 2 year old and we were able to walk everywhere. Great restaurants in front of the apartment building and close to many other. The whole process from begining to end was very easy and smooth. A car to pick us up from the airport was organised so everything was very smooth and no issues at all.. Would definitely reccomend the apartment.

  Pros: Fantastic location, quiet street, safe, one of a kind place refurbished with pride, helpful owner, easy rental process with no problems, Pros=5 stars Cons: One bed room, not two as advertised. My husband, daughter and I stayed here for 10 days this Feb. and were happy, apart from the initial shock that we had rented a one bedroom, not two. For clarity I will explain. If you see the pictures they are marked Bedroom and bedroom with tv, Queen bed 2nd bedroom, and room (has a futon couch pictured). The room is actually the queen bed 2nd room with the couch pulled out and made. It was frustrating because I spent several weeks looking for a two bedroom so we would have an area to hang out when not sleeping as we were there for 10 days. Hopefully the owners will change the description so there isn't any further confusion. Having said that, we would come back and rent the apartment again because of the pros listed above. If the apartment had been as advertised it would definitely get 5 stars.

  Owner response: I decided to answer to this review to clarify that this review it's not correct because my ad offer is exactly what you can find in the apartment: Two big rooms with double-beds, one bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom has two entrances so that each room of the apartment has a private door to get inside the bathroom.

  This apartment was wonderful. Location-wise, it's perfectly situated to walk everywhere that's of interest: Piazza Navona, St. Peter's Cathedral, Castel Santangelo, Fontana de Trevi, Pantheon, Colosseum, etc. And if you don't have a destination in mind, wandering around the surrounding picturesque alleys is a great experience. Lots of great places to eat and transport connections nearby, a grocery store about 2 minutes away on foot for any essentials. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for a family of 4 to relax after a day of sightseeing. It's on the ground floor so no need to walk up after a long day of sightseeing. All the amenities as described. Despite being out of town, Elina was extremely responsive via email and her staff was on hand to help us with our every need. Looking forward to staying here on future visits to Rome!

  We loved everything about our roman vacation. The property was clean and well-maintained. The gracious owners showed us around the area when we arrived. There were several local guides and maps that helped us chose narrow down what to do while we were there. We spent some days in the apartment and it was always a treat to return to! The bed was incredibly comfortable and I didn't even need the pillow I had so carefully compressed and stuck in my suitcase. The espresso machine that made great coffee in 3 minutes was the only thing that got us up and out early! The France-based grocery nearby, Carrefour, had a wide selection of wine for a few euros, the cheese was delicious as was the bread and the fresh fruits and vegetables. The biggest surprise was how good the coldcuts were, and we don't generally eat coldcuts. Wandering about the neighborhood was always an adventure. There were churches every couple of blocks and each one was filled with lovely paintings, sculpture, statues and lovely stone floors of various kinds. Since we were there over Christmas, it was interesting to see the difference of the nativities that had been put up for the holiday. The area is home to antique shops and restorers; we enjoyed watching the little workshops bring the beautiful pieces back to life. I especially enjoyed watching a weaver repair lovely old Persian rugs. We didn't appreciate the location until we had been there a day or so and could walk to the Vatican in 10 minutes, and get to the Piazza Navonna in three. The tempting Gelateria FRIGIDARIUM was a 2 minute walk from the front door, and we were there once every day. Without hesitation we would return! When we saw the tub/shower, we were skeptical about how comfortable it would be, but it was fine, with lots of hot water and plenty of big fluffy towels! Thanks to Elina for providing us with a wonderul holiday!.

  We have been in Rome for a short stay during Xmas, and this apartment was absolutely wonderful. The location recently renovated was superb- within easy walking distance of all the major sights: St. Peter's Square, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, etc. It's also very close to several main bus lines that are easy to use and can get you anywhere you need to go. But you could easily get everything you need by walking- there are several restaurants, grocery stores and little shops nearby. The house itself was amazing, with lots of light and more than enough space for my family, our two children and me. There's also a kitchen stocked with anything you could ever need if you decide to do some cooking. The entire process of renting this apartment was extremely smooth- they were very accomodating and happy to answer all of our questions. Thank you for organising the pick-up from the airport for us also. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while we explored Rome!!!!
