Walk into our luxurious three bedroom, two bath Condo on the seventh floor of Waterside II, and you will get a true feeling of "home away from home," with everything you need except food and clothes! From a large supply of kitchenware to ready reading materials to a wireless cable broadband network, we have tried to imagine what we would like in a vacation property and furnish it for our guests.
The living room has floor to ceiling windows that look out onto the bay. Relax here and watch the dolphins play in the bay and the boats meander back and forth to the Gulf of Mexico - or, just relax to music or your favorite television program. The entertainment system can handle both, with a 28 inch TV, CD/DVD player and tuner. The dining room, which shares space with the living area, has a beveled mirror wall and contains a glass-topped dining table, with room for six people. From the living/dining area, triple sliding glass doors give access to the screened lanai.
The master bedroom suite, with views of the golf course and Gulf of Mexico has its own sliding glass doors to the lanai. It is furnished with a king-size four-poster canopy bed, full-size armoire (containing a 28 inch TV), end tables, small seating area with one chair and round table, a large walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and bathroom suite with a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub, separate toilet room, and twin vanities with adjustable lighting.
The second bedroom has twin beds, a full-size chest of drawers, 25 inch TV and mirrored closet. This bedroom has lovely views of the bay. Adjoining this is the second bathroom with bathtub/enclosed shower, and single vanity with adjustable lighting. The third bedroom contains a wicker daybed with pop-up trundle, wicker chest of drawers, and an entertainment center with a 32 inch color TV and CD/DVD player. From this bedroom, there are views of the 18-hole golf course and the bay. Check the entertainment center for the latest fiction and non-fiction books left by us and our returning guests! NOTE: The second and third bedrooms and the second bath can be closed off to create a separate, private suite.
The kitchen has a full complement of appliances including side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser, electric range, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Smaller appliances are also provided, including a blender, toaster, and coffee maker. A separate pantry, with wire shelving and louvered doors, is located just outside the kitchen. The kitchen also includes a desk area with chair.
The separate laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The lanai is tiled and screened and comes with a glass-top dining table with four chairs, a ¾ height bar table and two high-back bar chairs, and two remote-controlled ceiling fans with adjustable lighting. The view from the lanai is spectacular - the 18-hole golf course below, the bay, the Gulf of Mexico and, of course, the most incredible sunsets you can imagine!
The Condo has everything you will need to walk in and begin vacationing: Complete sets of linens for all bedrooms. All kitchenware, including dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glassware, and miscellaneous cooking dishes and utensils. Cordless telephone/answering machine, with telephones in all bedrooms. Cable television. Integrated speaker system in all rooms. Wireless cable broadband network. Printer/scanner/copier/fax for guests’ use. Large supply of bath towels. Beach towels, beach chairs, noodles.
Waterside II was completed 1999, and has been maintained to the highest standards since that time. Facilities include a heated pool (accessible all year), hot tub, barbeque pits, and exercise room. There are also private tennis courts, a fishing pier, and an 18-hole golf course on the grounds of the complex.
