Amazing view, perfect pool, and amazing space.

You see reviews on this house, 10 out of 10. How can this be? Review after review, all 10's. I couldn't help but book the locations. My findings, just as everyone has stated, 10 out of 10! Everything we needed was in the house. My two adult children and my grand kids were beside themselves. i hit the ball out of the park booking this house. We all had a Great Time! We will be back! JJ made the process so easy. The room was super cute. Although I didn’t realize it didn’t have AC, JJ quickly delivered an extra fan and we kept the windows open at night for the breeze, unless it was raining. We rented a car and although driving on the left took getting used to, climbing the driveway/hill was a lot. lol. The view was amazing from the room. Delivery doesn’t exist at this site. And if you need a taxi, you’ll have to share your location, because it’s not the easiest to find. We had a wonderful honeymoon and would definitely rent from JJ again.

The place was much bigger and nicer than I expected. The apartment is part of the main house only in that they are connected. The house has three levels. This apartment is the lowest level. The access is through a private door. The house is built on the side of the island (like all the other buildings on St Thomas). It was like having our own home. No noise and never saw anyone. Beautiful view.

The property is everything it states it is! Absolutely loved the pool and the view, as well as the comfortable beds and linens. Thank you for a great time!

Absolutely outstanding! This island getaway was everything we hoped for and more. The views were nothing short of breathtaking—every morning felt like a postcard come to life. The home itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail at every turn. From the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious linens, the amenities were top-notch, making it feel like a true home away from home. The spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room to relax and unwind, whether we were enjoying a meal together or lounging on the terrace. This property exceeded all expectations, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

We stayed in this house for the second year in a row and had another excellent stay. Just like last year, the management company is phenomenal -- perfect communication, easy check in and check out, super welcoming all around. The location is great, within easy driving distance of every part of the island. The set up of the house is perfect for us - we love the adjoining bedrooms (still with 2 full baths) and the kitchen is a must. We prefer to eat breakfast at home and make lunches before spending the day snorkeling and hiking, and even ate most dinners at home after long days at the beach (the management company recommended a grocery store that had everything that we needed and was much more affordable than other stores that we visited). We also want to recognize some of the things for which were grateful but that aren't often the types of things one looks for when considering a rental -- a generator, A/C in the bedrooms, and a whole-home water filter. As for the typical things -- the house is spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen has all cooking utensils and implements that one would need. The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soap. The fridge, washer, and dryer were new. The beds are comfortable. All in all, we loved our first and second stays there and hope to make it a tradition.

The home had comfort and quality throughout. The instructions were clear and the host helpful. The neighborhood quiet and in a good central location.
