The beautifully furnished, non-smoking, four bedroom home is situated in beautiful and exclusive Naples, Florida. The house is located in the community Briarwood which is close to many public golf courses.
The home is spacious and comfortable for the whole family. It is beautifully designed, tastefully furnished, and in a mint condition. The great living room, the additional family room, the dining area, and the kitchen are totally tiled. Also all four bedrooms got tiles. There is no carpet any longer in this house to keep it very clean.
The beautiful swimming pool area is totally screened around. The gorgeous designed pool and the jacuzzi can be electric heated on request. Plenty of garden furniture are outside for your convenience. Further we bought a Weber Gas BBQ Grill for the lanai. Enjoy a nice BBQ dinner with your family.
A lushy tropical landscaping offers lots of privacy. For our winter guests we plant three fruit trees. We can offer lemons, oranges and mangos. The pool screen is surrounded by pineapple plants.
Each bedroom has an own TV and a fan. The beddings in the bedrooms are
- a king-size bed in the master bedroom
- a king-size bed in the second master bedroom
- a queen-size bed
- two twins beds
For your convenience we bought two Blueray players and a Game Cube with games for the kids.
This house is extremely well equipped. We have minimum 50 DVDs and every year we get add more DVDs. The family offers many books in English and German.
The very well equipped kitchen offers absolutely everything. We offer Mikasa dish, Mikasa glasses - all the best brands and best quality.
Also the closets are full equipped with many towels and beach towels. Just take your toothbrush and enjoy this great vacation property.
The elegant city of Naples, with the wonderful galleries, shops, and restaurants, is just a short drive away. Of course there is a supermarket nearby. Naples is blessed with some of the finest beaches in the State. Wide and sandy, with blue water and a wide variety of shells, the beaches invite you to stroll, lounge, play, and swim.
