Sunny Beaches is newly furnished with modern amenities. Granite countertops, new appliances, and completely furnished kitchen along with additions like commercial ice machine make a great setting for gourmet or casual dining.
Relax in the master bedroom with an LCD television, pillow-top mattress, walk out to second floor porch, and a luxury bath with granite countertops, and whirlpool tub. The second floor also has one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with twins. The third floor tower offers spectacular views, and sunbathing on a deck with privacy, and another 2 twin beds.

We have been to this home for four spring breaks. It is close to everything! As a mom to four kids, feeling safe is a must! There is so much to do, yet it is still peaceful and quiet. My dad and son enjoy fishing in the lake, while my 3 girls enjoy the short walk to shops. Lets not forget the 7 minute drive to the donut hole! Yum! This home is very clean, and fully stocked! It has everything you can possibly think of in the kitchen!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
