Beautiful property in Beach Haven Cottages on Scenic 30-A provides a short walk to the beach (a long frisbee throw- 100 yards!), EASY BEACH ACCESS, sunsets on nearby Oyster Lake from the third floor sundeck, and access to shopping and dining.
Sunny Beaches is newly furnished with modern amenities. Granite countertops, new appliances, and completely furnished kitchen along with additions like commercial ice machine make a great setting for gourmet or casual dining.
Relax in the master bedroom with an LCD television, pillow-top mattress, walk out to second floor porch, and a luxury bath with granite countertops, and whirlpool tub. The second floor also has one bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with twins. The third floor tower offers spectacular views, and sunbathing on a deck with privacy, and another 2 twin beds.
All bedrooms have tv/dvd's, big closets, and are beautifully furnished

Stayed at this property with my family. It was a great house and great experience. House was everything it needed to be for a great vacation. Will definitely stay again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our stay at Sunny Beaches. It was a short, easy access walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and as described. We were in a quiet area of 30A but close to Seaside for a concert or the Red Bar or other attractions that make 30A special. Also, close to Destin for the outlet mall and water park. This house is in a loop that is safe for young kids to ride bikes too. My only complaints were the pool was really small and garbage pickup didn't correlate with our arrival date. But, this didn't prevent us from having a wonderful week at the beach.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We have been to this home for four spring breaks. It is close to everything! As a mom to four kids, feeling safe is a must! There is so much to do, yet it is still peaceful and quiet. My dad and son enjoy fishing in the lake, while my 3 girls enjoy the short walk to shops. Lets not forget the 7 minute drive to the donut hole! Yum! This home is very clean, and fully stocked! It has everything you can possibly think of in the kitchen!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
