Exceptionally Well Furnished, Interior Designed 2 Storey Villa to rent with: Seven Bedrooms, Four and a Half Bathrooms, Game Room, Living Room, Family Room, Dining Room, Kitchen with Extended Breakfast Bar. Bedrooms are comprised of: Two Master King-Size Ensuite Bedrooms, Two Queen-Size Bedrooms with a bathroom in between, and Three Twin-Size Bedrooms that share a bathroom.
The South-Facing Pool has been extended to 14 feet by 32 feet, there is also an extended covered lanai area to shade from the sun, as well as an pool deck which has also been extended to 21 feet by 40 feet. The heated Spa can hold up to six persons.
All Bedrooms have Cable TV/DVD or TV/Video and clock radios. Family room has 65 inch wide-screen Cable TV, Video and DVD. Game room has a TV and PlayStation II with latest games as well as an 8 foot Pool Table and Ping Pong Table. A selection of books and DVDs are also provided for your enjoyment. There is also a hifi in the living room. Lots of Baby equipment is also supplied ask for details.
The phone can be used for local calls but for all long distance and international calls you will need to buy a phone card which is easy to do at any supermarket.
This house is ideal for large families or groups. With 7 bedrooms 14 people are accomodated.
Sorry but we do not allow Smoking in our Villa. The pool area can be used for Smoking ashtrays can be found in the pantry. We also do not allow Pets or BBQs.
The downstairs of the house can be accessed by a wheelchair easily as we had a wheelchair there one christmas.
A safety fence surrounds the pool area for your child’s safety in mind. There also door alarms to detect opening and closing of the patios doors. With safety in mind our home is protected by ADT alarm system.
Our management company company is not too far away and is contactable 24 hours a day if you have any problems.

My extended family and I spent the week between Christmas and New Year's at this beautiful home. The home is in perfect working order and everything is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Everything was perfect when we arrived. No detail was overlooked and we had a wonderful time. The kitchen is lovely, the pool and spa wonderfully warm and inviting and it was the perfect respite from the craziness of the Orlando area. The location of the home makes it extremely convenient to the resorts and the quietness of the gated community was most welcome at the end of each day. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to all of my emails. If we are every in Orlando again, I can't imagine finding a better place to vacation. Our family group of 14 really enjoyed staying at this property for one week. The photos accurately portayed the rental's appearance and amenities. The rental was clean and maintained well. When the toaster quite working, it was replaced the next day. The location is excellent...near grocery stores and restaurants. Our family went to Disney and to Sea World as two special outings. I would certainly recommend this rental to others.

Dear Mrs. Richards, Following are some comments on your home in Kissimmee, FL.First let me say, the resort area is very nice, and one gets the feeling of true security with the guard at the gate most hours of the day/night.The home is beautifully decorated, and was a pleasure to stay in.The pool, spa, and pool area were great. – Lots of pool furniture to relax in. and plenty of pool towels for use at pool. The spa was great after a day of walking the Disney parks. The center island in the kitchen area was great, and a area of much family congregating.Which brings me to the only criticism concerning your beautiful home. First a little background: As a family when we rent a home for a vacation, one of main reasons for renting is to have the family together as a group. Since all our children have their own families, and live in separate towns, this does provide the opportunity for togetherness. One of the highlights of each days activities is the evening family meal, where everyone helps in the participation. Unfortunately, cooking utensils (i.e., pots & pans) is the one area where your home is lacking. I would like to make the following recommendations: (1) Add the following to your current complement of cooking utensils/pots & pans:4 quart and 3 quart pans 1 large frying pan (at least 12” in diameter) 1 10” frying pan (2) Add following to your dishes/glasses complement: 3 10-12” serving bowels 1 large salad bowel (12-14”) (3) Add following too your knife collection: 2 large non-serrated knifes (ever try to cut raw chicken or steak with a serrated knife) 1 Pizza cutter And as my final comments, I make the following recommendation: First let me say, that all your small electrical appliances (i.e., toaster, blender, coffee maker, etc.) are top quality. I recommend adding the following (to make a super kitchen): 1 family size griddle with warming tray 1 waffle iron I know these comments have been lengthy, but your home is beautiful, and I didn’t want the minor anomalies noted above to detract from its beauty.
