  Our family spent a wonderful week in this condo. The location is perfect, close to everything. The unit is just as described, very nice throughout. Steamboat is a wonderful ski town with plenty for everyone to do.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  This was the second time I have stayed at this condo. The first time was this past summer in July and it was fabulous then! Everything is so well cared for. It is large and open and very tastefully decorated (just like the pictures depict!) This past weekend we enjoyed time with my immediate family (5 of us) and my brother and his two small boys. There were beds for everyone. They are comfortable and warm. It was so cozy with the fireplace, especially when it is below zero outside! We loved skiing during this visit. It is so convenient to catch the free bus right on the street from the condo to the mountain or downtown. The skiing is awesome in Steamboat. We also walked to the famed Orehouse Restaurant which is very close and the grocery store is also very close. Downtown Steamboat offers fun shops and restaurants. In the summer we took the walking trail from the condo to downtown, which was great! Robb and Cheryl are great to work with and take care of the property meticulously. I highly recommend staying here!

  We had a great time in Steamboat. The condo was a very close drive to the mountain and we found a great rental place (Christie's). The condo was nice for the money but still needed some attention. One of the windows had a broken crank so could not open the window to get some fresh air. Only one humidifier in the place and it was very small. The kitchen was far from gourmet. You would have a very hard time cooking a meal. I scrambled eggs one morning and had to use two skillets because all they had were med. and small sizes. No large bowls and no large spoons for non-stick skillets. the baking trays were all scratched and looked like they still had baked on food on them. Needless to say...We ate out alot. Everyone in our party complained that the pillows were like rocks, only the decorative pillows were soft. The master bath was the smallest of all of the baths. No way two people could get ready at the same time in that bath. I found that to be quit odd. Plus, just so you know, it is on the third floor with only an outside stairs. But, like I said before, for the money it was an OK place.

  This is a great place to stay. Just steps to the ski bus and a short ride to the hill. Centrally located with everything you need all around you. We had two couples and three kids and were very comfortable. We found this unit to be a great value - much more affordable than other units through management companies with the same space and amenities (granite countertops, nice furniture, etc.). Owners are easy and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended. We will be staying here again in the future!

  We stayed for a baseball tourney and the condo and location were PERFECT!!!! The condo is beautiful and spacious. The kitchen had everything and the place was spotless clean! It is near everything and anything you could want! We will be back!! Thanks.

  We stayed at this condo right after Christmas and had a great time. The condo is very comfortable and is in a great location. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and loved sitting by the fire in the evening. You can catch the free local shuttle from the entrance to the complex which was very convenient for us when heading out to ski. Its also extremely close to grocery shopping and is right across the street from the iconic barn (which we, of course, took pictures in front of).

  Spent a weekend here with my wife and two young sons during July to escape the heat a bit. Condo is situated close to shopping (walking distance to the Ore House steakhouse), and walking distance from the Yampa for some great, peaceful early morning fly-fishing. It is also right across the street from the More Barn, probably one of the most popular photographed places in town (barn featured in the infamous Steamboat ski poster). Condo was VERY comfortable and had all of the amenities one could ask for. Great upstairs with loft area that the kids loved! Would stay again in a heartbeat.
