  • Fun in the Snow in Blue River, CO. in late March

"The Cabin was the perfect size for our family of 6, consisting of grandparents, parents and 2 kids aged 13 and 9. The cabin is very close to Breckenridge for shopping and skiing. We were also an easy drive to several other ski areas, many of which we visited. The cabin offered a quiet, relaxing atmosphere for the adults with multiple TVs for viewing in down times, and a hot tub to relax in. The kids made use of all that and played fuss ball, air hockey and WII as well. There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for those dirty and wet clothes. Everything was nicely arranged, clean and well maintained. We could not of asked for a better house. Being from Indiana we saw less than 10 inches of snow for the entire winter and Mother Nature filled our need with 2 good snow storms, which provided several hours of outdoor fun for everyone."

  • Perfect vacation spot near Breckenridge.

"This cabin is great! If anything, it's even better than the pictures make it out to be. It's only a few minutes outside of Breckenridge and a perfect spot for a ski trip. We went to the cabin for a weekend with 4 couples and the house was perfect. The rooms are private and cozy and there's lots of common area for playing games and relaxing. We spent hours playing cards in the sun room one night and hours the next playing pool and listening to music in the basement. While we didn't use them on this trip, we also noticed there are bunk beds in the main game room in the basement as well as the basement bedroom that would make this also a great choice for families with kids or just a large group trip. Also, the cabin is supplied with everything you would need. There's a lovely fireplace in the main area and firewood is stocked in a closet in the entryway. The kitchen is nicer than the one in my home and they have everything you need to make a big meal. There are four full bathrooms so you don't have the post-skiing line for cleaning up, which is extra nice because then your group's stinky friend will be fresh in no time. :) Our group loved it and are trying to plan a summer weekend getaway here as well. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone looking to get up to the mountains."

  • Great Home!

"Overall, we had a great experience. Just 1.5 miles south of town, this was a perfect place to stay without paying the outrageous ski in ski out prices during Spring Break. The house was clean and ready for our arrival. Check in was easy and the garage was a welcome feature that kept us from scrapping snow and ice. The microwave didn't work, but that only limited our popcorn options:)"

  • Great house in a beautiful location made better by friendly, thoughtful owners.

"The house is ideally located a few miles south of Breckenridge which means you are close to the hustle and bustle of Main Street but have the tranquility of Blue River. The owners were extremely helpful and they have a local caretaker who took care of even the small items (like a missing bath plug!). We were also able to enjoy the hot tub as a path through the snow had been dug out. The view of Mount Quandary from the deck inspired us to hike to the summit (very strenuous in the snow, microspikes required). The house is well equipped (even had toilet paper and tissues) just need to shop for food. The little extras such as a wine fridge and two dishwashers are a bonus. We were two families with 3 kids. The main master suite is huge and the second master is tucked away on the lower ground floor with the kids taking the 2 bedrooms on the second floor. This layout gave everyone their own space and huge kitchen/dining area/lounge makes a fantastic communal area. I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to come back in future."
