The Historic Powhatan Resort offers guests a little piece of colonial history with the restored Manor House (circa 1735). Nestled among 256 acres of beautiful woodland, this resort is loaded with fun things to see and do, and learn a little bit of American history.

- All Guest Suites are Non-Smoking

- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.

- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

**Pool Details:
Indoor Pool: Daily 8 am-10 pm , Outdoor Pools: Open for swimming and sunning from Mid April through late October 8 am -10 pm, weather permitting. In the case of thunder, both indoor and outdoor pools close for a half hour after the thunder passes.

ADDITIONAL COSTS:
$15 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes WiFi, business center, indoor pool, racquet ball, tennis and boarding pass printing. Plus access to all other onsite amenities.

Okay stay

Unit was very dated. Wear in the tile, showers, caulking and appliances. Room configuration was odd - in that master bathroom attached to room with full size bed and no tv. Other room had king size bed, tv, and detached bath with shower only. Beds and dishes all clean. Close proximity to local attractions. We enjoyed the free mini golf. Indoor pool was packed to the point of barely able to swim.

Only resort I choose when coming to Williamsburg!

Absolutely loved our Father’s Day stay here! This property is always a must for our family when we come to beautiful Williamsburg! The staff is always friendly and helpful and the unit we got was perfect for our time! Thank you for the great memories!

First timer

We really enjoyed our stay, the property was nice, would use some minor maintenance on the outside(soft boards on steps and porch) but for our first rental, we learned a lot about what we need to bring the next trip, and it was a great experience.

Great location

Pros: Location is great - easy to get to historic sites and dining Clean Good beds and bedding - even the pull out sofa was comfortable Cons: Property is older - a few maintenance issues while we were there, but maintenance responded quickly when called Indoor pool - small and not too warm; it was very crowded on the weekend Check-in - took us over an hour just to get checked in; for this reason alone, the property almost got 3 stars! Things to Know: The Master Bath had no shower - just a tub The hallway bath had a shower but no tub Timeshare - management tried to sell us a timeshare, both at check-in and via phone calls to the unit (not my personal phone)
