  The apartment was great. As described, it is a small place, but it is well designed to have everything you might need. The location is wonderful and despite the liveliness of the Marais, the apartment was super quiet, tucked away in an interior courtyard. The owner pays attention to te small details and left soap for the dishwasher and washing machine as well as certain staples like tea and olive oil. It is on the third floor without an elevator, which might be difficult for some, but we managed to go up and down with a stroller just fine. A wonderful place. Very happy we stayed there.

  We stayed here for 5 nights in late May and thoroughly enjoyed it. The place is located next to a park so our kids could walk there while me and husband enjoyed the extra croissant and a coffee in our apartment. There is also a small grocery store very near for any daily needs. We were given many good references to local eateries and the area is just full of cafes and great shopping. Excellent location for sightseeing. The apartment was adequate size and very comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It is a 3rd floor walk-up without an elevator but we enjoyed coming home to the quiet courtyard and stairs to our Parisian apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

  Very central location, close to subway, pubs and restaurants but still very quiet. Comfortable and big enough for three people, for is OK if you won't spend much time in the appt. No elevator but my mom&dad (both 65) said they had no problem... We had a great vacation!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

  We recently spent 3 nights at this brilliant Marais apartment. It is very clean, cozy, and well maintained. The street it is located on is really nice and quiet but you literally walk around the corner and it is busy with lots of cafes. Also an easy walk to some of the sites like Notre Dame Cathedral. It was my first time in Paris and I was blown away, loved the apartment, could not be more authentic and traditional Parisian style. My friend I was with had been before staying in hotels and she definitely preferred the Marais apartment no contest. Basically if you have found yourself on this page and your thinking about it, I would not hesitate to book this apartment. The apartment itself is fantastic, the location is just perfect, and the price is fair for Paris standards. Enzo was a pleasure to deal with and the local rep Miss Key was lovely and also very helpful making sure you understand how everything work. I would recommend this apartment without a doubt to anyone I know visiting Paris.

  This was a lovely apartment, perfect for my 9 days, very quiet, being inside a courtyard. Everything I needed to cook was there - pots, pans, utensils, as well as a lovely assortment of dishes. I know the area very well, so was happy to have found a comfortable place that felt like home for my stay. And while it is convenient to the metro, it is so centrally located that it is possible to walk to many locations in Paris. The representative was prompt, helpful and welcoming. I hope to stay again.

  We had a terrific time in Paris, in part due to the Charming Marais apartment. The unit is small but very clean, well appointed, and extremely quiet despite being in the middle of the bustling Marais district. It is only a few blocks to the Hotel de Ville metro stop which is the central line running the length of Paris which includes the Marais, the Louvre, and the Champs Elysees. The location is outstanding! The owner was easy to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend this unit.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  A lovely, cozy apartment with delightful architectural details--stone wall, timbered ceiling, courtyard view. Quiet but in a wonderfully interesting and bustling neighborhood. Enzo was responsive, very accomodating to particular requests and efficient on line pre-and post-visitant. His on site rep also most helpful, providing local restaurant recommendations, helping with transport, etc. It's snug by American standards but was comfortable for a couple spending a week there.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.
