Welcome to Southern Belle a great vacation home in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea in beautiful Seacrest Beach Florida. Just a short two minute stroll to the beach access or 60 steps from the seasonally heated pool.
Our darling three bedroom cottage will sleep eight with comfort and offers all of the upgrades you would expect from a luxury home.
Centrally located between Destin and Panama City Beach great entertainment is just a short drive away. A short bike ride from Rosemary Beach or Seaside.
The great room offers hardwood floors, 2 fluffy sofas and a flat-screened TV with Cable, including Starz and Encore movie channels including DVD and VCR. Feel free to use the stereo with built-in speakers in living area and master bedroom or our library of books and games.
The kitchen has all stainless steel Jenn Air appliances with granite countertops. Kids love the breakfast bar with stools while adults prefer the comfort of our dining area. We provide any cookware needed and table setting for 6 guests with additional seating at the bar. Don't forget the full sized washer and dryer are available for your use.
The king suite offers cable TV and a private bath. The queen suite has a private bath with a tub. The third bedroom has two twin sized beds. We also have 2 twin sized rollaway beds in place of a sleeper sofa. That's right, no sleeper sofa.... no one will have to sleep in the living room!
Last but surely not least is our large screened porch with padded outdoor furniture. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze!
Magnolia Cottages by the Sea has a seasonally heated pool and nature trails that wind through the grounds. There’s a dedicated beach access for your convenience. This quaint beach community is located along the Emerald Coast of Florida where you are just minutes from fine dining and shopping. You can enjoy miles and miles of bike trails located along scenic 30-A. The Lovely Cottage is just steps to the pool and less than 75 yards to the beach access.
Located along the highly desirable South Walton Beach coastal area between Rosemary Beach and Seaside.

This neighborhood is adorable, and this particular property is super clean, new and very cute. We stayed for a week with our 2 young boys, and the house had plenty of room, super comfy beds, and was perfectly clean (and I'm picky!). The neighborhood pool is just a few houses down (you can also walk there through the woods) and the beach is in easy walking distance, even carrying all your gear. The management company was very easy to work with too. Would definitely stay here again!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Home was very clean and well maintained--very comfortable, home like accomodations. Great location and short walk to beach--shorter than we thought. Loved the neighborhood and very family friendly. Very, very easy to work with the owner--great communication when needed. Can't wait to plan another vacation in this same rental!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
