Welcome to Southern Belle a great vacation home in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea in beautiful Seacrest Beach Florida. Just a short two minute stroll to the beach access or 50 steps from the seasonally heated pool.
Our darling three bedroom cottage will sleep eight with comfort and offers all of the upgrades you would expect from a luxury home.
Centrally located between Destin and Panama City Beach great entertainment is just a short drive away. A short bike ride from Rosemary Beach or Camp Creek Golf Course.
The great room offers hardwood floors, a queen sleeper sofa with an oversized chair. In the evenings enjoy the 34” flat-screen TV with Cable, including Starz and Encore movie channels including DVD and VCR. Feel free to use the stereo with built-in speakers in living area and master bedroom or our library of books and games.
The kitchen has all stainless steel Jenn Air appliances with granite countertops. Kids love the breakfast bar with stools while adults prefer the comfort of our dining area. We provide any cookware needed and table setting for 8 guests. Don't forget the full sized washer and dryer are available for your use.
The king suite offers cable TV and a private bath with a walk in shower. The queen suite has a private bath with a tub. The third bedroom has a trundle bed which includes two twin sized beds.
Last but surely not least is our large screened porch with padded outdoor furniture. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze!
Magnolia Cottages by the Sea community is where our home is located it has a seasonally heated pool and nature trails that wind through the grounds. There’s a dedicated beach access for your convenience. This quaint beach community is located along the Emerald Coast of Florida where you are just minutes from fine dining and shopping. You can enjoy miles and miles of bike trails located along scenic 30-A. The Lovely Cottage is just steps to the pool and less than 75 yards to the beach.
