  I would not hesitate to recommend this home to my friends and family. It was just as described and pictured. The location is great, just a short jaunt to exceptional restaurants and shopping! The beach is glorious. So beautiful. We loved our week on 30A and want to return!!!

  30a Hideaway was a lovely, clean, well-equipped house. We loved staying there and enjoyed the surroundings. It was just a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the community pool. Thank you Randy and Lynn for sharing your beautiful home with us.

  Our family just got back from a lovely stay in "30A Hideaway". The location was perfect for easy and close access to the beach and the swimming pool, but still gives a wonderful feeling of seclusion and privacy. The screened in porch was my favorite place to enjoy coffee in the morning. They provided a binder with information on anything you could possibly need from restaurants and beach rental to grocery stores and fun things to do in the area - it was very helpful! The beds are all very comfortable and have lovely linens. The owners provided everything you could possibly need. The bikes and beach chairs made our stay so much more enjoyable. The owners were wonderful to work with and stayed in close communication with us the entire time. It was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to go back to "30A Hideaway".

  Wow, what an incredible home! We had such a great time. This was because everything was already there that we needed. The bikes, beach chairs, grill, etc. Exactly as described in the listing. The owners were very easy to work with and live close, in case you need something asap. The house was very clean and looked as though we were the first to stay there. Very quiet, yet close to all of the action (Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and Seaside). Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks for making our holiday weekend a Great One!!

  This wonderful little cottage is exactly what they say it is just wonderful! The listing is exactly what you get when you arrive, 6 of us adults stayed very comfortably in the house. Even on days when it was raining there was room for us to lounge on the couch or the porch all together. The property is very clean and modern, we appreciated the good linens and soft beds after staying in many places that dont care about their linens or beds. The owner was helpful with whatever we needed before, during, and after our stay. We even received our deposit back within the week after we left. We enjoyed the little towns around like Rosemary and Seaside but do make sure you have plenty of money to spend there! We went to Panama City a lot to eat and go to the mall and even went bowling one afternoon when it was raining. I highly recommend this cottage to anyone that doesnt like the hustle and bustle of Destin or Panama City. Its just far enough away to not be annoyed with all the people but just close enough to do anything you want.

  My family has stayed in this beach community before and so are never disappointed with the area. The beaches are clean and family friendly and we love the bike paths. As for the house we stayed in it was charming and very well maintained (exactly as pictured on the website). I did have high expectations from our previous stays in the community and the owners did not disappoint. The kitchen actually surpassed our expectations in that it was better equipped with utensils/dishes and appliance than we had expected.The one thing I worried about was writing a check and putting it in the mail (haven't done that in years) however I had no problems and I had my deposit back from the owners in less than a week from my family's departure...so once again very impressed.

  We loved staying at 30a Hideaway. The cottage is tastefully decorated and quite roomy with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The hardwood floors and open living space are ideal for a large family or multiple families. It has a large screend porch with comfortable furniture. The cottage is located in a quaint neighborhood across the street from the beach. It is near boutiques, shops, and great eateries. The cottage is steps away from the neighborhood pool and a 3 minute stroll to the beach access. The cottage is "a home away from home" complete with all amenities. The owner provides beach chairs, toys, and 4 adult bicycles for your pleasure during your stay. Our stay was quite enjoyable and I hope to visit again. NO REGRETS! We absolutely loved it and will recommend this vacation rental to friends and family.

  I cannot say enough things about pour perfect vacation at 30a Hideaway. There is everything you need to make a perfect vacation at the beach. From the chairs, mats, sand toys, water toys to a kitchen with all the necessities to cook in or grill out on the charcoal grill. Randy was a very helpful renter who answered all my questions promptly. The home was clean and furnished and decorated very tastefully. The area was perfect for riding bikes with the kids or going for an early morning run along 30a. Moe than once we biked down to Orange Leaf for frozen yogurt and shopping in the Seacrest shops. Grocery stores were convenient and Panama City Beach is close with great shopping. I loved every part of this vacation and will hopefully be returning soon!

  Our family, my wife and I and three kids, 8, 8 & 9 just spent two weeks at 30a Hideaway. We have been renting in the 30a area since 1983, so we have some experience in the rentals down here. The house sits just 4 short blocks from a private walkover to the beach, across 30a. The beach itself is nice and uncrowded although just to the right of the stairs down is a private beach area, but a few steps past is open beach and the left side is all "open" and not private. The house itself has a roomy rear screened-in porch with comfortable furniture. Inside the house it's well laid-out, with clean and modern comfortable furnishings. While not pricey, everything is well-made and attractive. They didn't skimp on the bedding and the pillows and sheets and towels are nice. The bathrooms are clean and attractive. The modern kitchen has a long bar and counter and is very usable with adequate room for shopping and cooking at home. Out in the shed are four bicycles, several beach chairs, a big umbrella, beach toys for kids and a charcoal grill. You could come here with your car and your kids and have everything else you need for a long stay on the beach. Just add charcoal! There are TVs in two bedrooms and a large CRT set in the living room and a DVD player underneath with speakers & amp. You can't plug in a Wii or an Apple TV (to the big set), but the WiFi is fast in the house and it includes two web-connected phones. I didn't use them so I'm not sure if long-distance is included or not. To the West is Seagrove and Seaside. Seaside is 6 miles. To the East is Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, about 2.3 miles and their central business district with coffee shop (Amavida), restaurants and shops. It's a nice bike ride in the evening with the kids. At Seacrest you are the East end of 30a, just past Rosemary beach is Inlet Beach and then 98 and the road to Panama City Beach. Publix and Winn Dixie are about 5 miles to the East from the house. They have outdoor concerts and movies in Alys Beach and the Friday movie on the green in Seaside. Ice cream in both directions, but be prepared to wait in line in the evenings. The owner is responsive and the place is well-cared-for. If you're looking for a comfortable, clean, new and stylish place off the beach a few blocks (exactly .22 miles on foot-- less than 1/4 mile), this is the place. And having a set of bikes to ride was a nice addition. Be sure to bring a helmet! JoeL & Michele
