Built in 1994, this lakefront home has four sliding glass doors displaying stunning views of the lake and mountains. There are two large decks overlooking the lake for sunning, relaxing, and outdoor dining. A private sandy beach and boat dock allow access for water sports, fishing, and swimming. You may arrange to bring your own boat with the proper permits or rent from one of the local marinas. A 16 foot canoe is provided for your use. The house has central heat and air conditioning. The four bedrooms have ceiling fans. Three have queen beds and one has twin beds. The upstairs bath has a tub/shower. The complete kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. The large laundry room has a washer, dryer and laundry sink along with an iron and ironing board. A telephone and answering machine are provided for local calls. A High speed internet connection and WI-FI are available at no charge. A 27" cable TV, DVD player and VCR are found in the great room along with a gas fireplace. The lower living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 27" color TV.
