This gorgeous 2,400 square foot beach house is just across the street from the beach with traffic light access across A1A to the beach ramp. It's less than one minute from the front door to the sandy beach!
Hardwood floors and lots of closet space. Complimentary Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has all the necessary appliances: microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, indoor countertop grill, electric
stove/oven, blender, mini chopper, pots and pans, dishware, glasses, coffee pot... though Starbucks is just a half a mile North.
Gas grill for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs, beach toys and towels provided.
The current bed configurations: king, queen, two twins, and two sofas. There is a sleeper sofa in the Billiard Room and a rollaway bed available upon request.
Large one car garage with a circular drive. Excellent parking for motorcycles or the family mini van.
Billiard Room with a pool table, large screen television and DVD player. Perfect for a family gathering.
The living room has a fireplace - a great place to relax with a glass of wine before dinner.
