This house has just recently been renovated for our Dale Hollow Lake guests. New furnishings, appliances, bedding/linens, utensils, pots and pans, etc. are stocked in this house for up to a maximum of 16 people if you choose.
It sits on eight and a half acres with a sloping fenced pasture in back surrounded by a tree-line beyond. Another pasture lies across our quiet country road. Additional parking is available in our adjacent second driveway for cars, trailers, Etc. Relax on our connected back deck/carport/front porch in the evening while dinner is grilling on our large four-burner stainless steel grill.
We have two TV's with Satellite including all of the movie channels so everyone can do what they wish when the sun goes down. Parents remember game controllers are always welcome just in case the kids do not want to hang out with the old folks.
The property is less than a city block from the Dale Hollow Lake State Resort Park Gate and less than one mile to Dale Hollow Lake Resort Park Golf Course, State Park Boat and Marina on Dale Hollow lake. We are also 20 minutes from the nearest public boat ramp on the Cumberland River.

Feb 27-May 14 2009 $145/night $850/week (two-night minimum).
May 15-Sep 20 2009 $199/night $1099/week (three-night minimum).
Damage Deposit:$250; Additional Guests: $11/person/night above eight guests.
Cleaning Fee: $75 for two or three day minimum stays. 10% Tax Rate.
Damage Deposit will be refunded within five days after report from staff.
Sorry No College Groups. Responsible Party must be 25 Years of age.
