This is our personal home that is available for rent when our family is not using it. It has been furnished and decorated with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. We are in a wonderful area (Champions Gate) that is a gated community and only seven miles from Disney property. We have a new HP Touchscreen Computer with high speed access and also a new printer. You will have your own private code for access into the gates of the Hamlet at Westhaven and your own code for keyless entry into our home. (No checking in somewhere else and collecting keys and directions!) We are strictly non-smoking and pet free. We have just added WIRELESS INTERNET also. Please call us if you have specific questions or require assistance. We are glad to assist you with special arrangements or questions. Pamper your family with all the comforts of a well appointed home with many extras! New Televisons just upgraded.
If traveling with small children or a baby, please take note of all the extras we have for them and you... Full-size crib with custom bedding, extra blankets, strollers, high chair, child safety fence around the pool, books, booster seats and car seat.

1st time renting a private home in the Orlando area and it couldn't of been a better experience. It was very close to grocery stores, and attractions. It was clean, organized and any questions we had was addressed promptly. The kids had a blast! Thank you so much, already looking forward to our next visit!Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

Could not have been better. Your home fit our needs perfectly, we had 5 adults in our party, my husband and I, our daughter her husband and their 2 small children and our Son, who is 19. The home was clean and neat, had plenty of room for everyone. Very open floor plan, plenty of games, tv, but the real surprise was the pool. All the kids loved it, we went swimmng every day we were there. The neighborhood was a gated community, well kept and you had a real since of security. We were about 10 miles from Disney World, plenty of places to eat, but we ate most of our meals at home, kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We found Walmart and did most of our shopping there. Unfortunately, I also got to experience Emergency Care at the Heart of Florida Regional Medical Center, but even that went well. Can't say enough good things. I would recommend this home for anyone wanting a great family vacation at Disney World.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Lisa, I wanted to circle back with you and thank you ever so much for a WONDERFUL time. Your house was simply beautiful--we could not have hoped for a better place. Everything was so accessible, not a thing we needed that we didn't have, very well stocked with linens and towels and kitchen items. Our children LOVED the pool, I think they spent as much time in the pool as we did at Disney. I especially wanted to let you know about how the below information was truly helpful to us, particularly the website you provided about planning our stay. We moved to a Disney hotel for the last two days of our stay, and I will tell you that we honestly will never do that again. It was overpriced, outdated, and had nothing like we had at your home. I am truly grateful for all you did to help us make last minute plans as you did. We had a vacation we will never forget, many thanks to you. God bless you and your family. About the owner: We are a family of 4, (mom and dad and 2 kids, a boy and a girl!) that loves Disney and Florida. We live in Texas and come to Florida whenever we can. Our son plays the violin and guitar and is currently playing football. Our daughter takes dance and loves art. We enjoy sharing our vacation home with other families that enjoy staying in an awesome location but are tired of the cramped hotel rooms.

We choose this home in this community because of the awesome location and because of the amenities of the gated community. It is close to Disney, and many other attractions including outlet and very upscale shopping at the Mall of Milennia. It is close to many golf courses including The Greg Norman championship courses right across CR54 at Champions Gate.
