Amazing Mountain getaway! Unique property! House sleeps up to 8, with huge deck faces southwest, with awesome views of the mountains and sunsets! On a private and secluded 4.25 acres which borders over 1000 acres of parkland, you will feel like you’re the King or Queen surveying you own domain! You will enjoy the peace and quiet, the mountains, trees, wildlife, and huge rock outcroppings.
Colorado Dream Vacation provides quiet privacy coupled with proximity to Denver, night life, Ski Resorts, Gambling, Red Rocks, & other major areas of interest. Local activities include hiking, biking, motorcycling, climbing, fishing, ice skating, wildlife viewing, golf, tennis, swimming, whitewater rafting, horseback riding, shopping, dining, musuems, theater, and more, or sit back, relax & do nothing at all!
House has approx 2200 SF, exceptionally appointed to reflect the ease and tranquility of the mountains: including uniquely selected furnishings in all rooms, and a hot tub perched outside among gorgeous rock outcroppings. Fully equipped kitchen: Jennaire gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, dishes, plastics, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, slow cooker, even spices!. Custom tile countertops, dishwasher, trash compactor, and gas grill on the deck!
Master bedroom on main level boasts handsome King bedroom suite with TV/DVD, private master bath with shower. Also on the main level, is a half bath, laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Living room has grand 2 story vaulted ceilings with the views commanding the stage. There is a wood stove, TV with DVD player, stereo, and Colorado Style decor. The Dining room is open to the kitchen and Living room, custom dining table seats 8-10. Custom tiled breakfast bar seats three. Wonderful buffet, has built in wine rack.
Upper level bedroom contains Kids Quarters(Jarrett's Room) complete with Twin/Full Bunk Bed or Queen! The kids love it! The Guest Room has a distinctly southwestern flair with a huge pine 6 inch post Queen Bed, accented with copper and turquoise! The loft upstairs is a place to divide activities: kids can enjoy video games with the Xbox, or watch their own movies or TV shows. There are board games in the entertainment center here, just in case you feel like staying in.
Three TVs with DirecTV and wireless internet is available for you to enjoy. Relax in the hot tub and gaze at the stars at night. Enjoy sitting outside or dining outside or spending days looking at the mountains, the birds, the trees swaying in the wind, the elk, and chipmunks. Patio furniture is waiting for you on the deck. 2 car garage has door openers. Dogs are welcomed and we have a fenced in area especially for them. Luxury sheets and towels are provided.
Guest House is available for additional rental fee. 1 Bedroom, 1 bath, luxury cabin! With it's own Hot tub! Available with rental of the House only. Perfect for additional family members, parents, or grandparents!

My adventure story experiencing the "Colorado Dream Vacation" still feels like a beautiful dream! I arrived in Evergreen at 9:30 at night in the wilderness dark. It was so fun and exciting to follow the solar powered lights to the magnificent home and cabin on this mountain. It was even more gorgeous than any of the pictures I had seen of this "get into the woods and away from the city" vacation site.
The first sight was the Jacuzzi. It was so warm and cozy. Then I pounced into the amazing cabin and when I looked up, I saw the tin ceilings; and when I looked straight ahead, I saw this huge all natural mountain rock built into the family room. I couldn’t believe it! Then, as I turned to my left, there was this tall spiral wrought iron staircase that let up to the master bedroom. I couldn’t wait to see what was up there, so I climbed as fast as I could, and it was pure Colorado. It had tree trunks for night stands and a big comfy bed and a light with antlers. I felt just at home as any bear would here.
Did I mention the terracotta color slate tiles on the walls in the kitchen, bathroom and on the floor? They were so unique and wonderful, I just loved them. But my favorite was the view out these huge windows at the unforgettable Colorado Dream Cabin. I could see the tops of the trees and the moonlight - and in the morning - the blue sky.
The owner explained to me that there is a honeymoon package available including champagne, strawberries, and massage available for the most romantic getaway. I hope you find this cabin as much of a dream as I did.

What an AMAZING weekend we had at the house! The view is outstanding as is the house itself. The kitchen (just like the rest of the house) is so well equipped, we had everything we needed. I booked this house and cabin for my 50th B-day celebration, because of the view and privacy. It certainly lived up to descriptions and photos from the website. We spent most of our time at the kitchen table or out on the deck enjoying the everchanging Colorado sky. The hot tubs were warm and relaxing. We went to Red Rocks Ampitheatre for a concert, which was a magical experience and an easy, scenic drive from the house. We also enjoyed hikes in the open space parks in the area. I hope to come back and I certainly recommend this house and cabin.

What a wonderful experience staying in this home was! We stayed two weeks with eight people and were perfectly comfortable and satisfied. We found ourselves wanting to cancel all of our plans so we could stay home every day.

What a wonderful adventure !!! Beautiful home furnished with everything promised and more. A few things need attention but nothing that impaired our enjoyment of this cozy retreat. I love to cook for my family, so the open concept of the home allowed me to prepare numerous meals [in the well equiped kitchen] while still remaining part of the group, no matter where they were gathered, even in the hot tub[ only 30 feet from the kitchen window] even the hummingbird kept me entertained. My only complaint, I had to leave. We were there for my grand daughters wedding at "THE BARN IN THE MEADOWS" so that monopolized a lot of our time. If I ever have the opportunity to return I will schedule a few days for myself when all others have left, just to enjoy the peace and tranquility Again thank you Sandi for allowing us the enjoyment of your home GOD BLESS, ALICE

This home far exceeded our expectations. The home is nicely decorated with beautiful furnishings..not castaways from the owners own home. Nicely equipped with kitchen needs, bath needs, etc..
