Built expressly for gatherings of family and friends, this wonderful home offers everything you'll need in a relaxing mountain retreat with amazing views! 4700 square feet gives you room to roam. With 5 bedrooms and a loft bedroom and 3 & 1/2 baths everyone will have the space they need. The steam-room / shower in the master bath and the outdoor hot tub invites total relaxation!

Your own private Irish Pub on the lower level will make you feel like you're out on the town without leaving home. You can also explore everything Evergreen has to offer. If you enjoy outdoor recreation you can go snowshoeing, cross country skiing & ice skating at Evergreen Lake in the winter with world class ski resorts less than an hour away; world renown biking and hiking when the weather is warm. There’s canoeing, kayaking & fishing on Evergreen Lake, shopping, delicious restaurants and fun bars with lots of live music, local outdoor concerts and Red Rocks amphitheater just down the hill! A truly special place to spend some time & understand why people who visit Evergreen never want to leave. One our guests that was just here with their family over the New Year’s holiday just wrote about what they enjoyed together when I asked if they had fun: “Yes, had a really great time wrapping up the week with smores and hot cocoa on the back porch using the gas fire pit. We skied, ice skated, tubed, and had a snowball fight at Elk Meadow park. Amazing house with amazing views

This vacation house exceeded all expectations. It’s even more spacious than the listing suggests, making it perfect for families or groups. The views are absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic scenes that change beautifully from sunrise to sunset. At night, the sky is unlike anything you’d see in the city. Think we saw over a dozen shooting stars. The home comes fully equipped with everything you could want for entertainment, and activities.

Perfect for extended family attending a wedding

We rented Colorado mountain Lodge for a week and it nicely accommodated eight adults and two grandchildren. We were there to attend a wedding of another grandchild at Echo Park. We spent a lot of time in living room and on the deck enjoying the magnificent views, explored Evergreen Lake and restaurants as well as Idaho Springs and a picnic and hike at Echo Lake Park. Because we were busy with wedding events, we didn't make full use of the lower level entertainment and bar, although several trips to the hot tub were enjoyed. This lodge is perfect for large family gatherings.

Evergreen trip 2025

we were 2 families each with 2 kids, ages 1-5 that we had a great time at the O malley house, there was a lot of space and the views were absolutely breathtaking. we would repeat this trip in a heartbeat!

Wedding gathering

We stayed at this beautiful home for a family wedding in the area. The house is spacious and has amazing views of the mountains. The house is well equipped with everything you may need. The bedrooms are a good size and comfortable. The kitchen is large and easy for making meals. We loved the deck with lots of room to gather! Would stay here again!

Convenient Mountain Retreat

What a lovely mountain home not too far from town and activities if you're wanting. We enjoyed great hiking in the area and just stayed at the house cooking, visiting, playing games and watching movies. This was our first family "Christmas" celebration switch to the month of June and this location worked perfect for us. We had 11 adults and one toddler. Everyone had a bed with plenty of space for all. I made the error of not paying attention to no bedroom on the main floor for my mom with some back issues, but she was able to navigate the stairs to the basement without much trouble. There is certainly plenty of room for a large group to enjoy their stay here. Nancy was very quick to respond to questions and quite accomodating.

Not so spectacular

This was probably a beautiful cabin but the interior needs an update and some cleaning. The owners live here as their primary residence so there is a lot of family pictures and things out throughout the house. Closets had clothes in them so you couldn’t hang your stuff up. The house appeared clean but as you opened doors, moved things around it needed a deep clean. Carpets run through most of house and are worn, there were multiple places where area rugs were glued down to cover the wear and tear. We were told by most people that we talked to that gnats were out everywhere because of the moisture but what was most unfortunate is that we found some in the bedding in the basement bedroom. Did not feel very comfortable after that. Views were spectacular, but the roadway up is a challenge and the house needs some TLC.

Great home for a reunion!

Had friends from out east come to Colorado for the weekend and we wanted to be close to Denver but in the mountains. This place was perfect. Huge open living room with floor to ceiling windows and spectacular mountain views. The group enjoyed the hot tub and we had all our meals together at the dining room table. The deck was a great place for Happy Hour, followed by a hot tub for some. Very quiet, wooded area. Would highligh recommend.

Fiance's 40th

This house was absolutely wonderful to host my fiance's 40th celebration. Nancy was very friendly and responsive, and the property was lovely. Since this was a family/friends reunion of sorts, we mostly spent the time hanging out in the house and catching up--which was easy because the house was so beautiful that exploring the deck, game room, hot tub etc. was sufficient activity! It was also nice to be in the mountains to keep cool. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Absolutely Fabulous

The home was comfortable, had everything you could need, and accommodated our large gathering with loads of chairs, beds, kitchen space, activities, games, and outdoor seating. The hosts were so accommodating and gracious. It was a perfect place to host our multigenerational family event. The views were fantastic. Thank you!

Fabulous location

The hills around Evergreen are scenic and easy to navigate. Enjoyed hiking nearby. Kitchen has all the pots and pans you'll ever need. Lots of space to spread out and enjoy the views. We had a small booking snag regarding pets, but our host resolved this in a timely manner. Perfect getaway to celebrate college graduation from nearby School of Mines.

Family Reunion

Beautiful home located in a gorgeous setting. Elk and deer out the windows each day. Bar and game room was perfect as was the hot tub. Owners were great! Certainly would go back.

Great snow experience for family and kids

We live in a southern state and wanted our kids to have some fun in the snow. This cabin was great! Room for three families, a lot of activities on the bottom floor for kids and adults, amazing views and a warm, family home. We got 11 inches of snow our second night and it was a great treat for our kids. Kevin came the next morning with a snowplow to make sure we weren’t stuck in the house, which was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this home!

Large space, amazing views, soft and warm blankets

We chose this place as an escape from Denver to celebrate my milestone birthday. The christmas decorations were spot on and made the space to festive. Nancy Jo met us and showed us all the light switches, how to turn on the fireplace, and work the hot tub and the fun game down stairs. There are 3 fully private rooms (owner suite, a queen on the lowest level as well as a room with 4 twins) There is also a set of 3 rooms on the top floor there is a really cute set loft bedroom with access from one of the rooms, that would be fun for kids!) The blankets were fanstasic and warm and soft - oh so soft, it was just what we needed to spend time with each out and snuggle into these wonderful blankets! Keep in mind that the time it take to get to the store is about 20 min. We brought most everything we needed and that worked out great. The views - oh the views from the living room, the hot tub, the balconies, meandering the outside - gorgeous! Note: the stove in the center of the kitchen and has 2 burners and a grill. There is a fan in the center, use it! We did make bacon 1 of the mornings in the oven and didn't realize how it worked and needed to open the windows and door!

Great place to stay with family and friends

We booked this beautiful property so we could spend a long weekend together with family and friends to celebrate a birthday. Ample lounge space for us to hang out together and table space for us to have meals together. Really enjoyed our time here!
