Twenty-five square meter studio on the fifth floor with lift in an old building, overlooking the Colosseum,one of the seven wonders of the modern World

The studio has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, an independent kitchenette with 2 gas burners, microwave, american coffee machine, kettle, and toaster, a small terrace with table and two chairs. Central heating and air condition are available, as well as internet broad band ,wifi connection,PC available on demand at pay rate of 5 Euro per day..SKY Satellite TV, Cable TV, HiFi CD player, DVD player, Iron and ironing board are all available for your use.Telephone and mobile at disposition free of charge

Our studio is located in a very trendy neighborhood, having many restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets, and the most important archeological sites within walking distance.The studio has two single beds that can ,only on request,be made into a double(63x75 inches.

  • We stayed in this apartment in May 2009 and ADORED it! Our first stop on our long 6 week tour of Europe and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction! The apartment was clean, tidy and well-equipped - so we could make our own meals. The outdoor terrace was just wonderful, waking up each day to gorgeous sunrises and the Colosseum and St Peters in the background. The apartment was secure, and a short walk to the Metro, bus stops, restaurants and grocery stores. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting a central place in Rome....

  • I spent a month in this jewel of an apartment. The apartment itself and the neighborhood are far better than the website lets on! That magnificent view of the Colosuem, Forum, and St. Peter's Cuppola can also be seen from both the kitchen and the shower! In addition to the well-known tourist sites, there are many other underground Roman and paleo-Christian sites within an easy walking distance. The owner and neighbors are quite friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything one could possibly need and the decor is fabulous. Thank you so much for this perfect stay! It was a wonderful retreat! With aloha, Elaine
